★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata in questo centro per farmi il semi alle mani e, non solo le estetiste non hanno voluto seguire il modello di decorazione che avevo mostrato loro, in quanto, apparentemente non era dei loro gusti, ma sono state anche molto scortesi nei miei confronti (la proprietaria si è per esempio lamentata del tempo che ho impiegato per scegliere il colore dello smalto). Le unghie sono comunque state fatte in maniera professionale, ma non nel modo che io desideravo. Per il servizio e il trattamento offerto il costo mi è sembrato esagerato.
 I went to this center to get my hands on and, not only did the beauticians not want to follow the decoration model I had shown them, as apparently it was not their taste, but they were also very rude towards me ( for example, the owner complained about the time it took me to choose the color of the enamel). The nails were still professionally done, but not the way I wanted. For the service and the treatment offered, the cost seemed exaggerated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima volta sono andata una settimana fa, molto vicino a casa mia in centro e consigliato da mia suocera, che viene apposta da Pergine per andare da loro. Titolare Miriam e lavorante Alice entrambe simpatiche molto educate e sanno metterti a tuo agio pur mantenendo un alto livello di professionalità, cosa non sempre facile con i clienti. Comunque in foto vedete manicure e pedicure, che come sapete essendo io Oss ho praticamente sempre rovinati tra vesciche ai piedi, utilizzo di guanti, alcol ecc. Mi hanno rimessa a nuovo devo dire ne avevo proprio bisogno, sono stata soddisfatta del risultato e sono state comunque due belle ore di coccole e relax (staccavo dal turno di notte dunque ero già cotta di mio, altro che rilassarmi, top). Colore molto bello, unghie preparate molto bene prima dell'applicazione dello smalto. Avevo un'unghia rotta e me la hanno ricostruita col gel senza problemi. Ah non dimentichiamo, io che sono fissata come ben noto sull'igiene, ambiente praticamente sterile, e si vede che non è tenuto così solo per via del periodo Covid ma che di base è un posto tenuto pulito alla perfezione, si nota da tanti piccoli dettagli, le mensole gli angoli le luci, tutte le cose che io noto. Detto ciò, come potrei dare meno di 5 stelle? Absolutely impossible. Ci tornerò sicuramente!
First time I went a week ago, very close to my house in the center and advised by my mother-in-law, who comes on purpose from Pergine to go to them. Owner Miriam and worker Alice both nice and very polite and know how to put you at ease while maintaining a high level of professionalism, which is not always easy with customers. However, in the photo you can see manicures and pedicures, which as you know being Oss I have practically always ruined between blisters on my feet, use of gloves, alcohol, etc. They refurbished me I have to say I really needed it, I was satisfied with the result and it was still two nice hours of pampering and relaxation (I was off the night shift so I was already crushed on my own, other than relaxing, top). Very nice color, nails prepared very well before applying the polish. I had a broken nail and they rebuilt it with gel without any problems. Ah, let's not forget, I am well known about hygiene, a practically sterile environment, and you can see that it is not kept like this only because of the Covid period but that it is basically a place kept perfectly clean, you can see by many children details, shelves, corners, lights, all the things I notice. Having said that, how could I give less than 5 stars? Absolutely impossible. I will definitely be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ero a Trento per un paio di giorni e le ragazze sono state subito così carine da trovarmi uno spazio libero per fare base gel e semipermanente. La ragazza che mi ha fatto le unghie è bravissima, precisa ed impeccabile. Sono state tutte molto gentili e disponibili. Ho passato una bella ora di relax, ricevendo anche tanti consigli utili su come fare da sola al meglio la manicure. Mi hanno aiutata nella scelta della forma e del colore e sono molto soddisfatta del risultato!! Il locale è bello, ben organizzato e pulito. Assolutamente consigliato!!!!
I was in Trento for a couple of days and the girls were immediately so nice that they found me a free space to make gel and semi-permanent base. The girl who did my nails is very good, precise and flawless. They were all very kind and helpful. I spent a nice hour of relaxation, also receiving many useful tips on how to best do the manicure by myself. They helped me in choosing the shape and color and I'm very happy with the result !! The place is nice, well organized and clean. Absolutely recommended !!!!
