Ho trovato una ragazza molto disponibile e professionale, parlando ci siamo presentate, lei si chiama Maura. Una esperienza di acquisto unica, mi ha consigliato moltissimi prodotti, spiegato di ognuno le qualità e i benefici, tanto che alla fine ho fatto una bellissima spesa e sono andata via felicissima. Alla richiesta di sostituzione trattati da truffatori. Prodotto costato 61 euro. Evitateli accuratamente. Meritste di chiudere.
Bad experience, rude staff. Bought a bottle of Opium on Saturday 26th and found out a few days later to be empty
Upon request for replacement treated by scammers. Product cost 61 euros. Avoid them carefully. You deserve to close.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non comprerò mai più in questo negozio .. ho chiesto un profumo da donna e la commessa per sbaglio mi ha venduto un profumo da uomo..il giorno dopo sono andato per il cambio e nn mi hanno sostituito il prodotto per le normative del covid (dicono loro).. pessima gestione
I will never buy in this shop again .. I asked for a perfume for women and the saleswoman accidentally sold me a perfume for men .. the next day I went for the change and they did not replace the product for the covid regulations ( they say) .. bad management
