A	Alessandro Frost on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprato qui montature e lenti(250 euro),dopo nemmeno un anno si è rotta la montatura dopo un caduta accidentale,portati da questi signori per un assistenza e per delle spiegazioni,mi è stato risposto"e noi cosa ti facciamo la montatura l hai scelta tu!". Per carità evitate assolutamente! I bought frames and lenses here (250 euros), after less than a year the frame broke after an accidental fall, brought by these gentlemen for assistance and for explanations, I was replied "and what do we do with the frame? your choice! ". For heaven's sake absolutely avoid!
D	Daniela on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Porto gli occhiali da più di 15 anni ormai e quindi ne ho cambiate di montature e di lenti, mai avuti grossi problemi. La montatura comprata qui, venduta come super flessibile e super leggera, si è rotta poco tempo dopo per una semplice caduta, ed il negozio non mi ha offerto nessuna assistenza. Successivamente le lenti pagate carissime hanno cominciato a perdere il filtro per la luce blu, che ha cominciato a scrostarsi. Siccome avevo pagato per la garanzia delle lenti mi aspettavo di essere seguita e assistita almeno in questo caso, ma in negozio non si sono presi nessuna responsabilità, non mi hanno dato nessuna spiegazione e mi hanno scoraggiato dal rimandare le lenti alla fabbrica per chiedere una sostituzione perché "se poi decidono che è colpa tua te la fanno pagare la sostituzione". Possono essere state tante piccole coincidenze e sfortune ma in tanti anni non ho mai avuto così tanti problemi e così poca assistenza. Sono molto bravi a venderti il prodotto ma una volta che hai pagato la storia cambia. I have been wearing glasses for more than 15 years now and so I have changed frames and lenses, never had any major problems. The frame bought here, sold as super flexible and super light, broke shortly after due to a simple fall, and the shop offered me no assistance. Subsequently, the expensive paid lenses began to lose the blue light filter, which began to peel. Since I had paid for the lens warranty I expected to be followed and assisted at least in this case, but in the shop they took no responsibility, gave me no explanation and discouraged me from sending the lenses back to the factory to ask for a replacement. because "if they decide that it is your fault, they make you pay for the replacement". It may have been so many small coincidences and misfortunes but in so many years I have never had so many problems and so little assistance. They are very good at selling you the product but once you pay the story changes.
M	Magini Magini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ormai sono 3 anni che mi servo da loro ed ho sempre ricevuto assistenza sia nel pre vendita che nel post vendita. A luglio dell'anno scorso ho acquistato un nuovo paio di occhiali e purtroppo alcuni giorni fa mi si è graffiata una lente. Sono passato da loro e il sig. Roberto ( gentilissimo come tutte le persone con cui sono entrato in contatto) mi ha fatto sostituire le lenti con un piccolo contributo. Grazie al loro intervento ho risparmiato 800,00 euro. Grazie ancora CONSIGLIATO I have been using them for 3 years now and I have always received assistance both in pre-sales and after-sales. In July of last year I bought a new pair of glasses and unfortunately a few days ago I got a lens scratched. I passed by them and Mr. Roberto (very kind like all the people I came into contact with) made me replace the lenses with a small contribution. Thanks to their intervention, I saved 800.00 euros.
