Su alcune cose i prezzi sicuramente non sono ottimali (qualche prodotto lo trovo altrove a meno della metà) ma se voglio trovare dei prodotti specifici li posso trovare solo lì perchè sono benissimo forniti. La differenza, inoltre, la fa il personale che ci lavora, tutti molto cortesi e disponibili, soprattutto la ragazza alta, magra con i capelli rossi che è molto preparata e competente ed anche molto professionale, perchè quando le ho esposto un problema di uno dei miei cani lei non si è improvvisata guaritrice ma mi ha suggerito, giustamente, di consultare il veterinario salvandogli la vita... mi ha fatto capire che il problema poteva essere serio e che non si risolveva con un cambio di dieta, personale così dovrebbero averlo tutti!
