★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poco professionali, contattati telefonicamente per un appuntamento ma al mio arrivo (mi sono fatto 200 km ad andare ed altri 200 km a tornare) si sono scusati dicendo che avevano un corso e mi hanno chiesto di tornare al pomeriggio rimbalzando la colpa tra i vari colleghi per il disguido. Forse sono anche bravi viste le immagini che pubblicano, ma al giorno d’oggi questo è proprio segno di mancanza di rispetto verso i clienti.
Unprofessional, contacted by telephone for an appointment but upon my arrival (I made 200 km to go and another 200 km to return) they apologized saying they had a course and asked me to come back in the afternoon bouncing the blame between the various colleagues for the misunderstanding. Perhaps they are also good looking at the images they publish, but nowadays this is really a sign of lack of respect towards customers.

Ho acquistato i loro prodotti raggiungendo il minimo d’ordine per la spedizione gratuita. Il riepilogo riportava spedizione gratis.un ordine di 40 euro. Mi hanno addebitato 50 euro di spedizione. State lontani dal loro sito. Servizio clienti non risponde

I purchased their products by reaching the minimum order for free shipping. The summary reported free shipping. An order for 40 euros. They charged me 50 euros for shipping. Stay away from their site. Customer service is not responding
