Il signor Orazio mi ha seguito con molta pazienza nella fase di progettazione ed è stato davvero gentile e disponibile. Adesso, sono in attesa della consegna e non vedo l'ora di vedere i miei nuovi acquisti in casa. Consiglio a tutti di dare un'occhiata a questo outlet e di rivolgervi al signor Orazio! I bought a wall unit and a bedroom at this furniture center. Mr. Horace followed me very patiently in the design phase and was really kind and helpful. Now, I'm awaiting delivery and can't wait to see my new home purchases. I recommend everyone to take a look at this outlet and contact Mr. Horace!
A	Aurora Dendena on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci rechiamo in negozio ed eravamo stati chiari se la cucina e pronta entro tot giorno la compriamo se no andiamo da un altra parte .. tutti gentili e poi 10 giorni prima del arrivo della cucina chiamiamo per chiedere a che ora sarebbero arrivati e scopriamo che la cucina per quella data che avevamo chiesto non era pronta. ci avevano fatto firmare un contratto con la data precisa dell’arrivo della cucina, e la data non è stata rispettata . Ci consegnano la cucina e si “dimenticano il microonde “ chiamiamo per chiedere del micronde e arriva dopo un mese . Dopo un mese neanche mi cade addosso la lavastoviglie era stata montata con viti non apposta … dopo una settimana escono a sistemarla . Nel mentre che uscivano per sistemarmi la lavstoviglie avevo chiesto di sistemarmi due sportelli siccome uno è stato tagliato tutto storto l’altro è tutto aperto e non si riesce a pulire … Lo sconsiglio , ci sono posti migliori dove ci mettono anche la faccia se c’è qualche problema .. Quando prendono i soldi subito se ne lavano le mani e non è giusto che è il cliente che deve preoccuparsi e chiamare e risolvere le cose . We go to the shop and we were clear if the kitchen is ready within a few days we buy it if not we go somewhere else .. all kind and then 10 days before the arrival of the kitchen we call to ask what time they would arrive and we discover that the kitchen for that date we had asked for was not ready. they had made us sign a contract with the precise date of arrival of the kitchen, and the date was not respected. They give us the kitchen and they "forget the microwave" we call to ask for the microwave and it arrives after a month. After a month I don't even fall on the dishwasher it was mounted with screws not on purpose ... after a week they go out to fix it. While they were going out to fix the dish washer, I asked to fix two doors since one has been cut all wrong, the other is all open and you can't clean it ... I do not recommend it, there are better places where they also put their faces in if there is any problem .. When they take the money right away they wash their hands of it and it's not fair that it's the customer who has to worry and call and sort things out.
