Oggi sono andato verso le 12:30 in quanto è aperto con orario continuato.
Non c’era nessuno solo un operatore al quale ho chiesto di poter tagliare i capelli, ma lui mi dice che è in pausa e che dovrei aver aspettato 40 minuti. Purtroppo lavorando non avevo quel tempo e me ne sono andato.
Posso capire la pausa di una persona quindi non aprite con orario continuato. Inoltre di questi tempi penso potesse servire un cliente, visto che il tempo per le pause c’è ne sono durante il giorno.
Grazie di sicuro tornerò presso la catena dove mi sono trovato sempre bene ma non in questa sede .
Disappointing.
Today I went around 12:30 as it is open all day.
There was no one just one operator whom I asked to be able to cut their hair, but he tells me that he is on break and that I should have waited 40 minutes. Unfortunately I didn't have that time working and I left.
I can understand a person's break so don't open non-stop. Also these days I think a customer could be needed, given that there is time for breaks during the day.
Thanks for sure I will return to the chain where I have always felt good but not here.

Well what to say, they felt you really pampered, it looks like a wellness center, friendly, nice, excellent cut, well-kept, the price is high for the average but the quality is paid for, pre and post cut washing, only note I had the feeling that I had shortened my hair a little for the rest recommended.
