Faccio presente che avevamo un appuntamento, che sapevano che non abito vicino quindi avevo affrontato un viaggio apposta, ma non ottengo alcuna scusa, anzi mi risponde che non avevano preso nota del mio recapito e tanti saluti. Mi sono trovata molto bene, il lavoro di riparazione è stato valido, il personale è cordiale e molto disponibile. Tornerò ancora. I brought my car as a Zurich resident. R	Rita Criscuolo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non acquistate assolutamente nessuna auto presso questa attività .. non la porto per le lunghe ma mi hanno venduto una Smart “potenziata” , la quale già dopo la prima settimana dall’acquisto manifesta problemi (in pratica l’acqua del motore finiva subito) comunicati immediatamente al venditore, il signor Raffaele Speltra .. il quale ci fa fare Milano -Monza ben 4 volte per “ripararla” , cosa che non è mai avvenuta dato che il problema continuava a sussistere ed era sempre lo stesso tutte le volte.. per di più ci manda a quel paese perché si era scocciato di metterci le mani e non vi dico dei modi barbari con i quali venivamo trattati ogni volta gliela portavamo .. quando L’ho portata da altri meccanici , all’incirca 4 o 5 mi hanno detto che il problema è alla testata , cosa che avevamo sempre sospettato ed esposto ma che il suddetto Raffaele ha sempre negato ( ma che infondo sapeva benissimo ) e adesso devo cambiare il motore .. in pratica ha venduto un vero e proprio pacco !!! E la garanzia che tanto decanta di offrire ai clienti funziona fino a quando non si stufa ! Perché se vi vende un auto con il problema al motore certamente non gli può mai convenire aggiustarla ! Fate molta attenzione ! Ormai io il danno grave l’ho avuto ,mi ha venduto una macchina con il motore da rifare, e non lo dico io ma 4 o 5 meccanici diversi , ma almeno con questa recensione voglio mettere in guardia altri poveri probabili acquirenti ignari ! Da denuncia ! Una vergogna !!! Do not buy absolutely any car at this activity .. I do not take it for long but they sold me an "enhanced" Smart, which already after the first week of purchase manifested problems (in practice the engine's water ran out immediately) communicated immediately to the seller, Mr. Raffaele Speltra .. who makes us do Milan -Monza 4 times to "repair" it, something that never happened since the problem continued to exist and was always the same every time .. for the more he sends us to that country because he was annoyed to get his hands on it and I don't tell you about the barbarous ways we were treated each time we brought it to him .. when I took it to other mechanics, about 4 or 5 got me said that the problem is at the head, which we had always suspected and exposed but the aforementioned Raffaele has always denied (but infuse he knew very well) and now I have to change the engine .. in practice he sold a real ep roprio pack !!! And the guarantee that so much to offer customers works until it gets tired! Because if he sells you a car with the engine problem he certainly can never agree on fixing it! Pay close attention! By now I had the serious damage, he sold me a car with the engine to be redone, and I don't say it but 4 or 5 different mechanics, but at least with this review I want to warn other poor unsuspecting buyers! From complaint! A shame !!!

Senza alcun sovrapprezzo hanno tolto alcuni graffi e mi hanno igienizzato l'abitacolo. Davvero bravi. Kind, punctual and precise. In a short time they restored the bodywork of my car, from the damage caused by hail. Without any extra charge they removed some scratches and sanitized the passenger compartment. Really good.

Nello specifico ho acquistato un Fiesta ultimo modello, rimessa a nuovo, in modo impeccabile. Ho risparmiato alcune migliaia di euro, con una macchina con pochissima chilometri. Mi ero fatta fare diversi preventivi, il loro non era il più economico, ma Raffaele mi ha convinto per la sua professionalità, è stato sicuramente il più sincero, nel dirmi cosa potevo aspettarmi con quello che volevo spendere. Il risultato è sopra le aspettative. Finally my car is like new. Via scratches and small dents. I had several quotes made, their was not the cheapest, but Raffaele convinced me for his professionalism, he was certainly the most sincere, in telling me what I could expect with what I wanted to spend. The result is above expectations.

Sono persone serie e professionali, Raffaele mi ha spiegato chiaramente che la vettura aveva avuto un sinistro (importante), mi ha fatto vedere tutte le riparazioni effettuate ed ha dato a mio marito la possibilità di provare la vettura e farla vedere al nostro meccanico di fiducia. Siamo rimasti favorevolmente sorpresi, dalla sua totale disponibilità. Manuela è stata gentile, nel seguire le pratiche burocratiche.
