Se hai una pratica aperta bisogna pregare che non succeda qualcosa, ogni operatore dice una cosa diversa e quando chiami per chiedere spiegazioni scopri cose nuove. Ovviamente se mandi una e-mail ricevi una risposta dopo quattro/cinque mesi. Peccato fornire un servizio così carente ai clienti, il danno lo state facendo solo a voi rovinando così la vostra immagine. Per il servizio in generale, nel 2016 non arrivavano i bollettini per il nido della bambina, ci hanno detto di stare tranquilli che sarebbero arrivati con un po' di ritardo a causa di problemi logistici. SIAMO NEL 2021, a distanza di 5 anni e poco prima della prescrizione, ovviamente, arriva l'avviso di accertamento con un ammontare di 750€ !!! Il vero problema è che la fattura è a nome del genitore "sbagliato" e non possiamo scaricarlo o utilizzare il Welfare... Oltre il danno anche la beffa... PS: parlare al telefono è praticamente impossibile, a parte che bisogna chiamare da un fisso perché da cell il numero verde non si può chiamare... ZERO STARS! Mi auguro di risolvere comunque it is not possible to contact the toll-free number and not even to obtain responses to email requests sent through the portal or directly to the addresses indicated by the municipality of Trieste. E	Enzo Clemente on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel corso degli anni hanno fatto due volte lo stesso errore, per cercare di chiarire bisogna armarsi di santissima pazienza, cercare documenti già prodotti nel corso degli anni che però loro non trovano. E’ Impossibile contattarli telefonicamente, alle email non rispondono se non dopo mesi, almeno rispondono, con tempi lunghi, alle pec. Non è possibile perdere tempo, denaro e salute per cose che non dovrebbero essere neppure contestate ai cittadini onesti. Sarebbe meglio che il principale quotidiano di Trieste, prima di scrivere articoli di elogio, intervistasse i cittadini - ripeto - onesti. Il perfetto esempio della peggiore burocrazia.
