Competent and trained staff. The Office works well and assists the taxpayer with most issues. Waiting times, sometimes long, can be improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ital. Steuernummer (codici fiscale) benötigt (SIM Karte, online einkaufen, etc) Antrag zweisprachig heruntergeladen. Einfach auszufüllen. Am Empfang gesagt "codici fiscale" und mit der richtigen Zuordnung eine Wartenummer erhalten. Der Beamte konnte zwar weder Englisch noch Deutsch, aber ich ja auch kein Italienisch, und dennoch hatte ich die Steuernummer binnen 3 Minuten und dann noch die gute Nachricht "keine Gebühren". Das "schwierigste" war in dem Palazzo im hinteren Teil die Büros der Agenzia de la entrada zu finden, aber auch dazu wurde ich freundlich angeleitet.
Ital. Tax code (codici fiscale) required (sim card, online shopping, etc) Application downloaded bilingual. Easy to fill. At the reception said "codici fiscale" and with the correct assignment received a waiting number. The official could not speak English or German, but I also no Italian, and yet I had the tax number within 3 minutes and then the good news "no fees". The "most difficult" was to find the offices of the Agenzia de la entrada in the back of the building, but I was also kindly guided.
