Finalmente l'auto oggi 2 luglio 2020 è stata consegnata, ma senza nemmeno una minima spiegazione all'uso, almeno degli accessori. Questa non è per niente professionalità. Peccato, perché in passato non abbiamo avuto alcun tipo di problema con Voi. Oggi non meritereste neanche una stella! Buongiorno Sig.A Pellicioli, Ci dispiace molto per la sua recensione negativa. Vi abbiamo fatto telefonare da Ford, spiegandovi che i ritardi non erano causati direttamente da noi e abbiamo chiarito la situazione con suo fratello, il quale è stato molto comprensivo nei nostri confronti e data la situazione. Inoltre, la informiamo, che date le disposizioni minisesteriali anti COVID-19, non ci è possibile spiegare i comandi a bordo della autovettura, poichè è considerato un rischio contagio. Per il resto spiace anche a me, ma continuate a rimbalzarvi la palla l'un con l'altro, Voi e la Ford e sicuramente non faremo una bella pubblicità nemmeno alla Ford. Mio fratello è troppo buono... in ogni caso la macchina è a casa e questo è quello che conta. D	Damiano Noris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia esperienza con Erreticar non la auguro a nessuno: per prima cosa il ritardo nella consegna dell'auto nuova (trattenuta per un mese in bella vista nella loro vetrina), senza motivazioni valide. Dopo un anno vengo chiamato per effettuare il tagliando (scoprendo successivamente che era da fare a distanza di 2 anni....): al ritiro il liquido dei tergicristalli non era stato aggiunto nonostante in fattura fosse addebitato. Un mese dopo mi si accende la spia del motore, diagnosi: l'olio che al tagliando mi hanno cambiato non era adatto alla mia auto. Questo mi ha causato danni e sostituzioni che ho dovuto pagato a spese mie presso la sede Ford, assieme all'olio e che loro si sono rifiutati di rimborsarmi. Per di più, con parole assai gentili, toni e gesti educati, ci hanno indicato l'uscita, sia a me che a mia madre (!). Consiglio vivamente di starne alla larga, maleducazione, arroganza e soprattutto incompetenza del meccanico, non meritano un euro del vostro portafogli. A month later the engine warning light comes on, diagnosis: the oil that they changed me at the service was not suitable for my car. This caused me damage and replacements which I had to pay for at my own expense at Ford, along with the oil, and which they refused to reimburse me. Moreover, with very kind words, polite tones and gestures, they indicated the exit, both to me and to my mother (!). I highly recommend staying away from them, rudeness, arrogance and above all incompetence of the mechanic, they do not deserve a euro of your wallet.

Cortesi, competenti, disponibili, prezzi ottimi (il che non guasta!), ma soprattutto aiutano a scegliere il modello più adatto alle proprie esigenze anche a costo di consigliare un mezzo dal prezzo minore, quindi perdendo anche del potenziale guadagno. Dopo un paio d’ore siamo lì e sorpresa.. un operaio è andato a casa con la macchina alle 17.30.
