★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata presso questo Studio circa un paio di settimane fa. Dopo essermi affidata a loro, chiedendo se per schiarire (da scuri) i capelli fosse stato necessario fare graduale oppure se si poteva fare in giornata, mi è stato detto che si poteva fare in giornata, anche se il capello ne avrebbe risentito. Il risultato? Capelli multicolor, arancioni sulle punte ( sapevano che usavo l'henne, ma hanno fatto lo stesso molte decolorazioni), CROSTE sulla testa per una settimana. Capelli orribili!
P.S. se fossero state davvero delle esperte, a mio avviso si sarebbero fermate molto prima, evitando croste e capelli ingestibili.
I was at this studio about a couple of weeks ago. After relying on them, asking if to lighten (from dark) the hair it was necessary to do it gradually or if it could be done within the day, I was told that it could be done within the day, even if the hair would be affected. The result? Multicolored hair, orange on the tips (they knew I used henna, but they did a lot of bleaching anyway), SPLITS on the head for a week. Horrible hair!
P.S. if they were really experts, I think they would have stopped much earlier, avoiding unmanageable scabs and hair.

Ho avuto altre esperienze, ma mi hanno rovinato solo i capelli, compresi i parrucchieri per la quale sfilavo.
