Purchased a 125cc motorcycle last year and an electric bike for my grandfather. Very prepared and available. Prices a little high and parking almost non-existent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno cambiato 5 volte lo stesso pezzo della bici e si continuava a rompere... (ovviamente dovevo sempre pagare nuovamente). Portata presso altro ciclista e risolto in 10 minuti. No comment (spero che in altre situazioni facciano meglio )
They changed the same part of the bike 5 times and it kept breaking ... (of course I always had to pay again). Taken to another cyclist and resolved in 10 minutes. No comment (I hope that in other situations they do better)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo meno di una stella non si può mettere.. avevo un motorino da riparare e ho chiesto prima di metterci le mani di dirmi a quale spesa andavo incontro( valutando che il motorino era già un po’ vecchio) e il “signore” con cui ho parlato ha invece deciso di ripararlo con una modica cifra di ben 200€. Ovviamente ho dovuto pagare nonostante ero stata chiara a dire che prima doveva consultarmi..facendo notare questa cosa al “signore” lui mi ha risposto che per lui era una cifra irrisoria e non doveva chiedermi nessun permesso, che il lavoro lo aveva fatto e che voleva i soldi.. io basita soprattutto per il modo arrogante di rispondere.. dopo qualche giorno il motorino segna la spia rossa dell’olio. Torno da Aimi e faccio presente questa cosa.. sempre stizzito mi dice che se voglio l’olio lo devo pagare e mettercelo dentro.. ma con 200€ nemmeno l’olio metti dentro??!?! Incommentabili. Oltretutto servizio al banco accoglienza meno di zero nemmeno ti salutano quando entri. Schifo totale e sconsiglierò a chiunque di andarci. Pessimi in tutto.
Unfortunately less than a star you can't put .. I had a scooter to repair and I asked first to get my hands on telling me what expense I was going to meet (considering that the scooter was already a bit old) and the "gentleman" with whom I spoke instead he decided to repair it with a modest sum of 200 €. Obviously I had to pay despite being clear to say that he had to consult me first .. noticing this thing to the "gentleman" he replied that for him it was a ridiculous amount and he didn't have to ask me for any permission, that the work had done and he wanted the money .. I especially dwell for the arrogant way of answering .. after a few days the scooter marks the red oil light. I come back from Aimi and I present this thing .. always angry, he tells me that if I want oil I have to pay it and put it in it .. but with € 200 even the oil you put in ??!?! Incommentabili. Moreover service at the reception desk less than zero do not even greet you when you enter. Total disgust and I will not recommend anyone to go there. Bad in everything.
