Ho avuto problemi con una ricambio del frigorifero che non riuscivo a trovare.
Mi hanno chiesto informazioni sul tipo di ricambio che mi serviva e l'hanno procurato in tempi celeri ed è arrivato bben impacchettato.
Azienda affidabile alla quale mi rivolgerò ancora in caso di bisogno.

Arrivato con tre giorni di anticipo, preso e montato si è subito rotto, forse un difetto di fabbrica. Ericambi S.R.L., nonostante i problemi Covid all interno del proprio magazzino e con mancanza di personale, mi ha fatto avere il pezzo in sostituzione completamente gratuita in tre giorni ( segnalato lunedì, arrivato stamattina). Che dire? Ragazzi: continuate così. Gentilezza e cortesia sono due attributi che si apprezzano sempre. Cordiali saluti e buon lavoro . Renato Marcia ????
Good day, as I have already had the opportunity to say in the previous Amazon review I will repeat myself here: ordered gearmotor x pellet stove. Arrived three days in advance, taken and assembled, it was immediately broken, perhaps a factory defect. Ericambi S.R.L., despite Covid problems within its warehouse and lack of staff, sent me the replacement part completely free of charge in three days (reported on Monday, arrived this morning).
