★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per motivi personali sto girando diverse concessionarie delle stesse case automobilistiche, in questo caso Volkswagen.
Ci sono andato perchè ho voluto fare un test drive di una Polo e, tralasciando le tre settimane di attesa (la prima loro non potevano, fissato appuntamento durante la seconda, mi chiamano 30 minuti prima dell'appuntamento avvertendomi che non era disponibile l'auto (con ore di permesso buttate nella spazzatura), alla terza finalmente ci riusciamo), l'auto da me provata presentava evidenti problemi (spia anomalie accesa, depotenziamento del motore, tachimetro e CONTA KM FERMI).
Dopo aver fatto presente ciò al venditore, mi viene detta una scusa sul problema e che non incideva sulla prova.
Lavorando anche io per una officina/concessionaria di un'altra grande casa automobilistica, so benissimo perchè il tachimetro ed il conta km non funzionavano e perchè la spia anomalie era accesa.
Insomma, se questa fosse stata la prima concessionaria Volkswagen ad aver visitato, non avrei avuto una buona impressione della casa.
Per fortuna, non era la prima.

I went there because I wanted to do a test drive of a Polo and, leaving out the three weeks of waiting (the first one they couldn't, fixed an appointment during the second one, they call me 30 minutes before the appointment warning me that the car was not available (with hours of leave thrown in the garbage), at the third we finally succeed), the car I tested had obvious problems (warning lights on, engine weakening, speedometer and CONTA KM FERMI).
Having said this to the seller, I am told an excuse about the problem and that it did not affect the proof.
Working also for a workshop / dealership of another large car manufacturer, I know very well why the speedometer and km count did not work and why the warning light was on.
In short, if this had been the first Volkswagen dealership to have visited, I would not have had a good impression of the house.
Fortunately, it was not the first.
