A volte si dice... l'unica persona educata è stato un dipendente di altra nazionalità che mi ha aiutato a caricare il mio acquisto in auto. Quando si sta in commercio bisognerebbe adottare dei meccanismi molto semplici di accoglienza, sarebbe una ulteriore pubblicità . PS . Ho letto varie recensioni, parlano di personale competente e qui ci credo, e molto cortese, evidentemente sono sfortunato: ci sono stato almeno 4 volte , concordo sulla prima qualità ma non su la seconda. It is a well-stocked shop and certainly a leader in the sector, but the staff ........ rude and arrogant: it is not the first time I go there and it always is, it seems that they have taken a specific course to be so unfriendly. Sometimes it is said ... the only polite person was an employee of another nationality who helped me load my purchase into the car. When you are on the market you should adopt very simple reception mechanisms, it would be a further publicity. PS. I have read various reviews, they speak of competent staff and here I believe in them, and very courteous, obviously I am unlucky: I have been there at least 4 times, I agree on the first quality but not on the second.

Sono stato quasi aggredito per aver fatto richiesta di un TUBO GI GAS........ VERGOGNA Uncouth people, aggressive and without a minimum of professionalism. Not even 1 star would deserve it. I was almost attacked for having requested a GI GAS HOSE ........ SHAME

Invece nemmeno questa semplice norma di cortesia é disponibile. Ovviamente non mi vedranno più. Sconsigliato. Those who are supposed to give customer service are not at all willing to help them. It would be polite to at least answer the questions. However, not even this simple courtesy rule is available. Obviously they won't see me anymore. Not recommended.
