A	Andrea Bertaboni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Percorso facile, quaranta minuti di sentiero partendo dalla frazione di Sasso di Gargnano (se si ha voglia si parcheggia direttamente a Gargnano e si sale dal paese in un paio d'ore). L'eremo è incastonato nella roccia, ha una vista mozzafiato sul lago, ed è stato costruito durante l'epidemia di peste del 1600. Percorso tranquillo, va bene per un pellegrinaggio! Easy route, forty minutes of path starting from the hamlet of Sasso di Gargnano (if you want, you can park directly in Gargnano and go up from the village in a couple of hours). The hermitage is set in the rock, has a breathtaking view of the lake, and was built during the plague epidemic of the 1600s. Quiet path, good for a pilgrimage!
F	Frankino 36 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Situato a 772 metri s.l.m. l'Eremo fu edificato nel 1650 dagli abitanti di Gargnano, che sopravvissero alla peste, grazie al fatto che, proprio su quella zona montuosa, trovarono riparo. Il sentiero per arrivarci, in alcuni tratti, è un po' impegnativo; però una volta giunti, la vista favolosa. All'interno della chiesetta c'è un diario, dove ci si può scrivere i propri pensieri. Dall'Eremo si può proseguire per una cordata molto impegnativa e vari sentieri di svariate difficoltà, giungendo alla Cima Comer. Located at 772 meters above sea level the Hermitage was built in 1650 by the inhabitants of Gargnano, who survived the plague, thanks to the fact that, in that mountainous area, they found shelter. The path to get there, in some places, is a bit challenging; but once you get there, the view is fabulous. Inside the church there is a diary, where you can write your thoughts. From the Hermitage you can continue on a very demanding consortium and various paths of varying difficulty, reaching the Cima Comer.
F	Fulvio Zecchini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saliti da Sasso é abbastanza impegnativo, c'è un tratto breve attrezzato con dei cavi. In circa un oretta ci si arriva. La struttura è accostata a una parete rocciosa e visitabile. Oltre alla cappelletta c'è una piccola stanza sotto e un cavedio dove si accumula l'acqua. È molto suggestivo. Climbed from Sasso it is quite challenging, there is a short section aided with cables. In about an hour you can get there. The structure is next to a rocky wall and can be visited. In addition to the chapel there is a small room below and a shaft where water accumulates. It is very impressive.

With a little alpine experience nö problem in sneakers but better in trekking shoes. Possibility to bbq there! Trail offers great views across 99% of Lake Garda. Take your camera!
J	Jens Marquenie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very comfortable and good beginners hike to this wonderfull church. You can go in the church and look at the old interior. A women from Sasso told us it was build in the 17th century and there was always living a person there until the 19th century. Very nice place. Very important: the hike (feratta) on the north of the curch is pretty difficult. Beter to take the shortest route on the east side. It goes all the way up and then goes down to the east for a few 100meter. Take this route!
