β β β β β Aprire un erboristeria e non capire nulla di erbe, ho acquistato della salvia secca, arrivata a casa mi sono accorta che era frantumata compresi i gambi ed assolutamente inodore, sono tornata al negozio e la signora spazientita ma fa notare la scadenza di dic2020 sulla confezione aperta chissΓ quando e proveniente dall Albania scocciata mi restituisce il sacchetto , e
continua a vendere i suoi corsi di campane tibetane. Sconsiglio vivamente questo negozio gestito da incompetente e che tratta bene solo gli amici. Non credo durerΓ molto visto il caos che aleggia nella bottega .
Con questa risposta si Γ¨ commentata da sola cerchi un altro hobby ed impari a trattare la clientela.iobho solo riportato quanto accaduto la cattiveria e di chi la vede negli altri. Chi ha un attivitΓ commerciale deve accettare i reclami come da lei stesso da dichiarato fatti in maniera gentile e non falsa come lei sostiene, si guardi allo specchio e veda cosa esprime. E magari cominci ad acquistare prodotti di qualitΓ . Buona vita signora e le auguro una profonda riflessione.
