Purtroppo mi sono recato in erboristeria (da fuori provincia di Milano) la mattina del 19 dicembre e la stessa era chiusa per sicurezza del cliente, quando tutti gli esercizi della zona erano aperti. Forse mettere un avviso sul loro sito mi avrebbe evitato un viaggio. Well-stocked herbalist's shop. Unfortunately I went to the herbalist's shop (from outside the province of Milan) on the morning of December 19th and the same was closed for customer safety, when all the shops in the area were open. Maybe putting a notice on their site would save me a trip.
P	Paolo Fleba on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La conosco da anni e ogni tanto ci vado ma sono rimasto realmente soddisfatto solo una volta. Non tanto per i prodotti che sono di ottima qualità ma per il servizio. Al di là dei costi che un cliente paga volentieri però lì dove c'è formazione creatività e apertura mentale cose che non ho mai riscontrato. Non conoscono e anzi vedono di malocchio le discipline olistiche e quindi non hanno a disposizione un sacco di strumenti anzi GLI strumenti. Vogliono sapere la tua storia clinica e poi ti danno piante scontate senza un minimo di creatività dietro ma dando cose standard a tutti. Difatti l'unica volta che sono rimasto soddisfatto è stato col figlio che si è inventato una tisana per me e poi io distratto ho perso la ricetta e lui non se la ricordava. Un peccato perché camminano su un vero tesoro ma si comportano con la presunzione dei medici (anche se di quest'ultimi ne comprendo e accetto con umiltà i motivi del loro comportamento). 0 stelle per il servizio 5 stelle per la qualità del prodotto totale 2 stelle I have known her for years and I go there every now and then but I was really satisfied only once. Not so much for the products that are of excellent quality but for the service. Beyond the costs that a customer pays willingly, however, where there is training, creativity and open-mindedness, things that I have never encountered. They do not know and indeed have a bad eye on holistic disciplines and therefore do not have a lot of tools at their disposal, indeed THE tools. They want to know your medical history and then they give you discounted plants without a minimum of creativity behind them but giving standard things to everyone. In fact, the only time I was satisfied was with the son who invented an herbal tea for me and then I distractedly lost the recipe and he didn't remember it. A shame because they walk on a real treasure but behave with the presumption of doctors (even if I understand and humbly accept the reasons for their behavior of the latter). 0 stars for the service 5 stars for the quality of the product total 2 stars

La signora ( o dipendente) che gestisce questo negozio era sola all' interno. Provo ad entrare era chiuso a chiave. La signora mi indica un figlio sulla vetrina dicendo di chiamare il numero ( cioè lei chiusa dentro e io fuori ) . Rimango basita in quanto non avendo nessuno dentro io ero tenuta a chiamare da fuori e parlare al telefono in questo modo senza poter accedere. Per privacy io e mio papà i fatti nostri non avremmo voluti espletarli in mezzo alla gente che passava. Erano le 12.15 quindi il negozio era aperto e accessibile all utenza. Esterefatto , mio papà mi dice NON CHIAMARE . La signora ha perso due clienti , ma merita anche di non essere sponsorizzata . SIAMO ANDATI VIA E NON TORNEREMO MAI PIÙ. METTO UNA STELLA MA SOLO PERCHÉ ZERO NON È POSSIBILE. This morning I went to this herbalist's shop in Piazza Gobetti with my dad. It was the first time I went. The lady (or employee) who runs this shop was alone inside. I try to enter it was locked. The lady points to a son in the shop window, saying to call the number (that is, she is locked in and I am out). I am appalled as having no one inside I was required to call from outside and talk on the phone like this without being able to access. For privacy, my dad and I would not have wanted to carry out our affairs among the people passing by. It was 12.15 so the shop was open and accessible to users. Amazed, my dad tells me DON'T CALL. The lady has lost two clients, but she also deserves not to be sponsored. WE GONE AWAY AND WILL NEVER COME BACK. I PUT A STAR BUT ONLY BECAUSE ZERO IS NOT POSSIBLE.
