★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Panificatori da 2 generazioni. Fanno il pane nel proprio forno come si faceva una volta. Molto buoni anche i dolci. Titolari gentilissimi, il classico panettiere di famiglia. Locale implacabilmente pulito e curato.
L'impostazione tradizionale li penalizza un po' rispetto ad un paio di negozio della zona che offrono anche aperitivi o addirittura qualche piatto pronto.
Bakers for 2 generations. They make bread in their own oven as they once did. The desserts are also very good. Very kind owners, the classic family baker. Relentlessly clean and well-kept place.
The traditional setting penalizes them a bit compared to a couple of shops in the area that also offer aperitifs or even some ready-made dishes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata oggi in questo panificio solo perché il mio panettiere sotto casa aveva già terminato alle 9,15 i ferraresi, quindi ne ho acquistato 1pezzo non solo era la metà pergiunta bruciato al costo di 0,75 ho aggiunto che era caro e la signora mi risponde ha una lavorazione particolare (come se una persona che lo richieda non lo sappia) avrei dovuto lasciarlo anche bruciato e secco. Io lo pago 0,50. E credetemi è buonissimo. Peccato non poter dare meno di 1 stella.
