★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo acquistato un divano nel lontano luglio. Seguito segnalazione immediata di alcuni difetti sul divano, riceviamo assistenza dopo 6 mesi esatti un po' troppo tempo forse... Ma la cosa buffa che dopo aver concordato con l operatore del desk l incontro per ricevere il tecnico nel pomeriggio, riceviamo una chiamata da quest ultimo di mattina alle 7:25 dicendo che sarebbe arrivato nel mattino.... c'è la faremo mai.... la storia infinita continua.....
We purchased a sofa back in July. Following immediate reporting of some faults on the sofa, we receive assistance after exactly 6 months a little too long perhaps ... But the funny thing is that after having agreed with the desk operator to meet the technician in the afternoon, we receive a call from this last in the morning at 7:25 am saying that it would arrive in the morning .... we'll never do it .... the endless story continues .....
