Non vedo l’ora di godermi il meraviglioso divano scelto.. ?Consigliatissimo!! ?✅ Ms. Cristina, a true artisan of professionalism, was my first contact with the Misterbianco armchair and sofa structure. Great professionalism and courtesy on the part of the staff who are always attentive to customer needs. I can't wait to enjoy the wonderful sofa chosen .. ? Highly recommended !! ?✅

Sono assolutamente inaffidabili. Whenever there is some offer that, as usual, ends on Sunday, on all the goods in the shop they put the "sold" sticker so that there is never the possibility to buy with the advertised discounts: observed several times. They are absolutely unreliable.

Intanto, l'esperienza di acquisto nel negozio di Misterbianco con Stefania è stata sicuramente positiva, grazie alla sua disponibilità e ai suoi preziosi consigli. Supersatisfied with a splendid Poltronesofà sofa that lasted 18 years, we decided to replace it, to our regret, but we returned to Poltronesofà in the hope that the new one can at least equal it in comfort and beauty. Meanwhile, the shopping experience in the Misterbianco shop with Stefania was certainly positive, thanks to her availability and her valuable advice.

Cetty in particolare merita un encomio non solo per il cordiale approccio che mi ha riservato, ma soprattutto per la competente professionalità con cui mi ha guidata nella scelta del modello e del rivestimento arrivando al punto di far emergere i miei desideri al di là di alcune barriere che io stessa mi ero posta. Nonostante le tante,forse troppe,domande e richieste poste dai due clienti, la dipendente si è SEMPRE posta con gentilezza e cortesia, rilanciando e facendo spiccare il volo al prestigio del marchio che rappresentava in quel momento ancora una volta, dato che non è stata la nostra prima esperienza con POLTRONESOFÀ. Both myself and my wife were satisfied by the advice and enthusiastic about the friendliness and patience of Mrs. Francesca. Despite the many, perhaps too many, questions and requests posed by the two customers, the employee ALWAYS asked herself with kindness and courtesy, relaunching and letting the prestige of the brand she represented at that moment take off once again, since she was not our first experience with POLTRONESOFÀ. Dopo aver fatto un giro per lo showroom abbiamo chiesto informazioni al personale e siamo stati seguiti dalla progettazione alla scelta dei tessuti dalla signora Francesca che con molta professionalità e gentilezza ha realizzato il divano che volevamo con tutte le modifiche da fare in base alle nostre esigenze. Lo consiglio vivamente ottima scelta! Hospitality and friendliness are the basis of this store. After walking around the showroom we asked the staff for information and we were followed from the design to the choice of fabrics by Mrs. Francesca who with great professionalism and kindness created the sofa we wanted with all the changes to be made according to our needs. I highly recommend great choice!
