This ePrice service is really useful, to receive your orders on the various Pick & Pay locations in the city and pick up the parcels as soon as you can (within 5 days).

Pessimo invece il sito che non ha più una sorta di costumer care, non rispondo, quando lo fanno fanno finta di non aver letto. Chiuso il mio account con loro, e spero chiudano anche loro. Pessimo Eprice. meglio lasciar perdere. The shop ok, never had any problems. A Firenze hanno un punto di ritiro merce, notevolmente atto a distribuire i loro prodotti. Tempo di attesa, tra 1 e 3 minuti. Parte burocratica, svolta velocemente. In pochi minuti si entra, si ritira, e si va via con la merce e la DDT, o bolla di accompagnamento. Per mail si riceve la fattura. Il non plus ultra è quì. Effective, simple, clear and kind.
