Molto poco professionali. They never replied to numerous emails with a request to return the order (the first sent the same day as the shipment was received). Very unprofessional.

Ho acquistato un notebook e non mi è stata approvata, tra l'altro anche in modo scortese, la restituzione legittima entro i 14 giorni. Questa loro "politica" non è indicata nelle condizioni di vendita. Inoltre non vogliono essere contattabili telefonicamente. Be careful. The seller does not grant the right of withdrawal which should instead be granted by law. I purchased a notebook and I was not approved, among other things even rude, the legitimate return within 14 days. This "policy" of theirs is not indicated in the sales conditions. They also don't want to be contactable by telephone.

Mi si è rotto il disco fisso e ho scritto loro invocando la garanzia del venditore (2 anni come da legge). Ho scritto loro varie PEC ma non ho ricevuto risposta Visto che ho dovuto partire con quel pc pochi giorni dopo, sono stato costretto a cambiare il disco a mie spese. Sto pensando di attivare eventualmente qualche legale di associazioni di consumatori per farli smuovere. Nel frattempo però state attenti: se succede qualcosa loro non rispondono, quindi state alla larga ATTENTION: THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE REQUESTS TO ENSURE THE WARRANTY beware of guarantees. I bought a Dell PC from them a year and a half ago. My hard drive broke and I wrote to them invoking the seller's warranty (2 years as per law). I wrote several PECs to them but received no reply Since I had to leave with that PC a few days later, I was forced to change the disk at my expense. I am thinking of possibly activating some lawyers of consumer associations to make them move. In the meantime, however, be careful: if something happens, they don't respond, so stay away

L'assenza di un recapito telefonico mi faceva storcere il naso sull'affidabilità del vendor. Mi ha sorpreso la loro celerità nel rispondere alle mail! Ordinato un notebook al prezzo più basso di mercato, pagato con bonifico bancario e ricevuto (in Sicilia) con spedizione assicurata dopo pochissimi giorni. Meritano 5 stelle! Precise and fast! I was a bit skeptical whether or not to buy from them. The absence of a telephone number made me turn up my nose about the reliability of the vendor. I was surprised by their speed in replying to emails! Ordered a notebook at the lowest market price, paid by bank transfer and received (in Sicily) with insured shipping after a few days. They deserve 5 stars!

Uno vuole fare del bene e viene ripagato con i pesci in faccia. Va bene, ne terrò conto per il futuro. In breve: non ero soddisfatto dell'acquisto e ho subito contattato il venditore indicando la mia intenzione di restituire il PC portatile (scaldava in modo irragionevole). Mi è stato risposto che la loro politica era che, una volta inizializzato il PC, il diritto di recesso non vale più, per via delle questioni legali inerenti la licenza di Windows. Intanto penso che il problema, con le nuove licenze digitali, non si ponga proprio. La risposta mi è sembrata una scusa per non accettare il reso. Secondo, se anche fosse, come fanno quelli di Amazon e tutti quelli che i resi li accettano? E poi, in cosa consisterebbe il diritto di recesso? Posso solo restituire il PC senza neanche poterlo accendere? Come faccio a rendermi conto di un difetto? Oltre a questo segnalo che la spedizione è avvenuta ad una settimana di distanza, dall'ordine, nonostante il sito reclamizzi il fatto che loro l'ordine inizino a processarlo immediatamente, senza aspettare l'incasso del bonifico (che ho fatto immediatamente). I was told that their policy was that, once the PC was initialized, the right of withdrawal no longer applies, due to the legal issues related to the Windows license. Meanwhile, I think that the problem, with the new digital licenses, does not arise. The answer seemed to me an excuse for not accepting the return. Second, if it were, how do those of Amazon and all those who return accept them? And then, what would the right of withdrawal consist of? Can I just return the PC without even being able to turn it on? How do I realize a defect? In addition to this, I would like to point out that the shipment took place one week after the order, despite the fact that the site advertises that they start processing the order immediately, without waiting for the bank transfer to be collected (which I immediately made).
