★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Either they don't like Americans or they don't know what they are talking about. I spoke to the owner and he was trying to charge me an extra 180 Euro for shipping a case of wine. This was on top of shipping costs. He said it was for tax. Look at the custom information for the US government, cbp.gov. tax is the responsibility of the US citizen importing. I have imported cases and cases of wine from Italy, never taxed b/c it's all for personal use. This shop has good prices so I give a second star but if you're from America don't open your mouth, they might not sell to you. I feel very offended by the owner. I reccomend you don't patronize this shop.
