Ho semplicemente chiesto un vino per una serata a casa di amici salentini. Ho chiesto cosa sarebbe stato meglio per lui: uno champagne, un prosecco o che altro. La sua unica azione è stata quella di indicarmi col dito dove fossero gli champagne ed i prosecchi. STOP. Chiedo se avessero un Cà dal bosco e mi risponde seccamente “NO!”. Alzo gli occhi e trovo una magnum Cà dal bosco. La indico come a dire “E questa?” e si permette pure di guardarmi male. Mi spiace ma un cliente non si tratta così. Anche perché vengo nel Salento da 21 anni e sarei potuto essere un ottimo cliente. Addio. I can safely admit that it was the worst experience inside a wine shop, where you expect courtesy, professionalism and pro-activity while instead you find only apathy and lack of desire in helping the customer. I simply asked for a wine for an evening at the home of friends from Salento. I asked what would have been best for him: a champagne, a prosecco or whatever. His only action was to point with his finger where the champagne and prosecco were. STOP. I ask if they had a Cà dal bosco and he replies curtly "NO!". I look up and find a Cà magnum from the woods. I point to her as if to say "And this?" and he even allows himself to look at me badly. I'm sorry but a customer is not treated like that. Also because I have been coming to Salento for 21 years and I could have been a great customer. Goodbye.

Personale molto gentile e competente, sa consigliare benissimo sulla base dei gusti di ogni persona! Ci ritornerò sicuramente! Just bought a bottle of grappa.
