L'Azienda è ben rappresentata da un' antica villa padronale che il proprietario ha saputo valorizzare mettendone in mostra antiche volte in mattoni ben rispecchianti l 'attenzione che qua viene posta sulla tradizione, sulla genuinita e sulla sostenibilità ambientale di cui va ben fiero Marco Cremonini. Torno spesso in questo in questo angolo di Piemonte cui sono legato anche per le mie origini. Ogni volta scopro Um posto magnifico mentre sorseggio un Gavi Selezione o un bicchiere di brut anche in compagnia del padrone di casa e delle sue figlie. Located on the hilly slopes overlooking Serravalle, the Cedraia has always been in my eyes a wide and pleasant succession of rows of Gavi. The company is well represented by an ancient manor house that the owner has been able to enhance by displaying ancient brick vaults well reflecting the attention that is placed here on tradition, genuineness and environmental sustainability of which Marco Cremonini is very proud. . I often come back to this in this corner of Piedmont to which I am also linked for my origins. Every time I discover a magnificent place while sipping a Gavi Selezione or a glass of brut even in the company of the landlord and his daughters.

Ti porterò nei posti dove c'è del buon vino...ed è per questo che ho scelto per una giornata all'insegna della spensieratezza una visita alla Cedraia. La zona di Gavi per chi arriva dalle Langhe trasmette un senso di natura arcaica non antropizzata che si riverbera anche nella coltivazione del vigneto con pratiche trasmesse da contadini attenti al territorio che portano i visitatori ora come una volta a cercare il vino buono.La stessa attenzione che il proprietario dedica alla cura degli abbinamenti dei suoi vini a prodotti locali di qualità: focacce, salumi, formaggi e dolci. I vini sono stati da noi molto apprezzati, grazie anche all'abbinamento con un gustoso spuntino a base di prodotti locali. L'annata 2019 presentava grande equilibrio e struttura. We went to Cedraia for a tasting event of successive vintages of Gavi DOCG, presented with great courtesy and competence by the owner Marco Cremonini and the sommelier Roberta Lanero: the environment was pleasant in a beautiful natural setting. The wines have been highly appreciated by us, thanks also to the combination with a tasty snack based on local products. The 2019 vintage presented great balance and structure.

Un'esperienza molto coinvolgente, non solo per l'ottimo vino e per i prodotti locali proposti, ma anche per l'atmosfera particolarmente conviviale e rilassante. Bellissima la location, molto accogliente il proprietario Marco Cremonini, preparatissima e simpatica la sommelier Roberta Lanero. Insomma, è stata una bella serata diversa dal solito, in cui abbiamo imparato cose nuove divertendoci e bevendo bene e in amicizia. The vineyard is not hard to find. The Gavi's are SPLENDID, and Marco accompanied them with an abundance of local meats and cheeses. We were all so glad we made the detour to La Cedraia!
