★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avons passé une excellente soirée, les planches sont excellentes (fromages et charcuterie). Il y a un grand choix de vins, on peut aussi goûter d'autres alcools très bons (dont un digestif bolognais excellent), dans un lieu de quartier sympathique. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et passionné, s'en est suivie une discussion passionnante sur l'histoire du champagne et du vin à bulles. Je recommande!
Abbiamo passato un'ottima serata, i taglieri sono eccellenti (formaggi e salumi). C'è un'ampia scelta di vini, e si possono provare anche altri liquori molto buoni (compreso un eccellente amaro bolognese). Il proprietario è molto accogliente e appassionato. Abbiamo avuto una discussione sulla storia dello champagne e del vino da bollicine super interessante. Lo raccomando!
We had a great evening, the boards are great (cheeses and cold cuts). There is a wide selection of wines, you can also taste other very good alcohols (including an excellent bolognese digestive), in a friendly neighborhood. Vini di eccellenza, crostoni buonissimi e poi c'è il buon Fabio che vi accontenta ad ogni vostra richiesta.

Mi sono trovato davvero bene, un ragazzo preparato e simpaticissimo uscito con 3 bottiglie di vino e un sorrisone come se avessi appena chiacchierato con un amico che non vedo da tanto.
Un augurio di buone feste a Fabio e al suo staff, a mio avviso la migliore enoteca qui a Bologna.
Passare per credere.

I was looking for a few bottles of wine for a dinner, on the advice of a friend I go to the Oste Fabio of the Enoteca degli Ostinati, what can I say ...
I had a really good time, a prepared and very nice guy who came out with 3 bottles of wine and a smile as if I had just chatted with a friend I haven't seen for a long time.
A wish for happy holidays to Fabio and his staff, in my opinion the best wine shop here in Bologna.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima scelta di vini con prezzi tutto sommato nella media per la realtà bolognese. Carino l'arredamento vintage con tavoli e sedie stile anni '70. Titolare simpatico e a modo. Il cibo però è assolutamente da dimenticare: bruschettone vergognose, condite vergognosamente con prodotti vergognosi e vendute a un prezzo da vergogna... insomma, se non si è capito, il cibo sotto ogni suo aspetto è vergognosamente vergognoso...
