★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza!! fate le unghie con tip, mai fatte e volevo provare dal momento che lei è stata la prima in assoluto a dirmi che l'applicazione unghie gel era una cosa sbagliata e che non si faceva assolutamente, perché dannoso per le unghie ( suo punto di vista).
Comunque , appena fate ho visto subito che non erano applicate neppure bene ( io che non ne capisco del lavoro, avevo visto che di imperfezioni c'e n'erano figuriamoci poi quando ho fatto vedere a chi ne capiva), morale della favola in 4 giorni venivano via!!!! insomma un vero e proprio disastro. La chiamo e chiedo spiegazioni e lei, mi dice una banale spiegazione, che secondo lei le mie unghie non erano adatte a questo tipo di applicazione -_- . Poi ho suggerito alla signorina che fa questo lavoro da 10 anni che forse era il caso di rimediare, disse di sì e poi non si è neppure mai fatta sentire e risposto ai miei messaggi. Alla fine meglio così ho trovato davvero gente che sa fare il proprio lavoro e lo fa bene!!! sinceramente mi chiedo pure, ma questi suoi clienti non si accolgono del brutto lavoro che fa, boh magari fanno altro e non le tip, lo voglio solo sperare!!! non è stata neppure professionale non chiamare un cliente, per scusarsi e rimediare. Il mio consiglio stateci alla larga se non volete buttare via dei soldi!!!!
Very bad experience !! you make nails with tip, never made and I wanted to try it since she was the first ever to tell me that the application of gel nails was a wrong thing and that it was not done absolutely, because it was harmful to the nails (her point of view ).
However, as soon as I did I immediately saw that they were not even well applied (I, who do not understand the work, had seen that there were imperfections, let alone let me imagine when I showed those who understood), the moral of the story in 4 days came away !!!! in short, a real disaster. I call her and ask for explanations and she tells me a trivial explanation, which according to her my nails were not suitable for this type of application -_-. Then I suggested to the young lady that she has been doing this job for 10 years that perhaps it was the case to remedy it, she said yes and then she never even made herself heard and answered my messages. In the end better so I really found people who know how to do their job and do it well !!! I honestly wonder too, but these customers of yours don't take in the bad work they do, I don't think they do anything else and don't tip them, I just want to hope! it was not even professional not to call a customer, to apologize and remedy. My advice stay away from us if you don't want to throw money away !!!!
