r	raija klein on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Letzte Tankstelle in Italien. Am 6. August wollte ich vor der Heimreise noch schnell tanken. Leider war nur der Automat aktiv. Nachdem ich 50€ in den Automat gesteckt habe, kam auch kein Diesel. Anstelle der 50€ spuckte der Automat lediglich ein Billet aus mit einer Gutschrift, die ich mit nach Deutschland nahm. Am nächsten Tag mit der Tankstelle telefoniert. Ich soll alles in einem Couvert mit Iban zuschicken, sie überweisen das Geld. Nun ist mittlerweile Ende September, am Telefon nimmt keiner mehr ab. Eine Email, die ich Ende August geschrieben habe wurde mit einem flapsigen "Danke" beantwortet und seitdem sind alle Möglichkeiten zur Kontaktaufnahme im Sand verlaufen. Ich habe nun Eni-Deuschland eingeschaltet und dort die Geschichte gemeldet und hoffe, dass ich so irgendwann an mein Geld kommen werde. Sehr ärgerlich und fürchterlich zeitaufwändig. Hätte ich die 50€ lieber am Kalterer See in Aperol und Eis investiert. Lieber Finger weg als sich solchen Ärger einfangen. Vor allem wenn Sie kein Italienisch beherrschen Anmerkung, ich habe die Bewertung auf drei Sterne gesetzt weil ich doch tatsächlich heute eine Überweisung bekommen habt. Bin, nachdem ich bewertet habe sogar am Telefon durch gekommen und die Frau hat angeblich von nichts gewusst und auch keine e-mail bekommen. Gut, ich werde es mal glauben. G	Gra Mar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faccio gasolio da sempre e non ho mai avuto problemi, sempre velocissimo tutto, anche quando sono aperti e si deve fare il pagamento dentro il negozio, cerco sempre Eni in ogni città dove mi trovo. L’autolavaggio è impeccabile, l’incaricato è molto bravo e simpatico. Ha lavato la mia macchina aziendale con cura come se fosse la sua, complimenti!! Spero di tornare presto da loro!
