Avevo dato 1 stella… è passato un anno dalla richiesta di installazione, ma il tempo d’attesa è stato ben ripagato! Materiali eccellenti, gentilezza professionalità fanno passare in secondo piano tutto il resto ( che tra pandemia, carenza materiali ecc… è pure giustificarto) Giancarlo Antonio e Pasquale sono veramente il Top, educati lavorano in modo pulito e incessante fino a quando non soddisfano le esigenze del cliente. L’installazione della caldaia ibrida è avvenuta grazie ai due tecnici molto preparati e veloci. Un ringraziamento a Pasquale e Giancarlo. I due tecnici energydrive intervenuti Giancarlo e Pasquale hanno dimostrato di avere le necessarie competenze tecniche e professionali oltre dimostrarsi persone gentili. Ora manca soltanto l'allaccio alla rete Enel. Last Wednesday, after waiting for many months, the hybrid heat pump system was installed. The two energydrive technicians who attended Giancarlo and Pasquale proved to have the necessary technical and professional skills as well as being kind people. Now only the connection to the Enel network is missing.

I tempi sono stati un po' lunghi per i maggiori impegni dovuti al superbonus, ma il lavoro è stato eseguito velocemente e con molta professionalità, mi ritengo quindi pienamente soddisfatta. I turned to this company to install the solar panels and I always found courteous and trained staff from the consultant to the installers. The times were a bit long for the major commitments due to the super bonus, but the work was done quickly and with great professionalism, so I feel fully satisfied.
m	michelangelo diodati on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ieri,dopo aver aspettato per 7 mesi,2 ragazzi,Pasquale e Gcarlo, tecnici alle dipendenze di EnergyDrive,sono venuti a completare l'impianto.,manca solo l'allaccio alla rete.Di questi ragazzi non posso che dire ogni bene, bravi dal punto di vista tecnico ,educatissimi e pronti a dare ogni ragguaglio chiesto.Le tre stelle mancanti vanno ad una organizzazione che manca in efficienza, in puntualità e in trasparenza, spero che migliorino nel tempo, non si può aspettare sette mesi e non si può chiedere la disponibilità ad accettare i tecnici in casa, chiamando la sera prima per il giorno dopo. Apporto una modifica alla mia precedente opinione aggiungendo una stella in quanto, ripensandoci bene, ritengo giusto premiare tutto il comparto tecnico, sia l'elettrico con il montaggio dei pannelli e il comparto idraulico, con il montaggio della pompa di calore. Resto un po' deluso ed è giusto che lo sottolinei, per la parte organizzativa che, sarà pur dipesa da fattori esterni, ma una buona comunicazione dei ritardi e un buon lavoro dialettico, per rassicurare il cliente, sarebbe stato sufficiente per tranquillizzarlo e porre fine al suo malumore. I am making a change to my previous opinion by adding a star because, looking back, I think it is right to reward the entire technical sector, both the electrical sector with the assembly of the panels and the hydraulic sector, with the assembly of the heat pump. I am a bit disappointed and it is right that I underline it, for the organizational part which may have depended on external factors, but a good communication of delays and a good dialectical work, to reassure the customer, would have been enough to reassure him and put an end to his mood.
