★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo la mia recensione negativa sono stata contattata più volte da enegan. Ho parlato con varie operatrici tra cui Alessandra del servizio contenziosi che ringrazio per aver cercato di aiutarmi. Tuttavia il problema rimane comunque BOLLETTE DA PAGARE SENZA NESSUN CONSUMO... CHE MISTERO!!! QUESTA è una vecchia storia che va avanti dall'estate del 2016 dove mi sono dovuta accollare i consumi chissà se veritieri degli affittuari del locale. Soldi sborsati a non finire!!! Pretendo un rimborso con gli interessi o mi rivolgerò alle autorità competenti.
 After my negative review I was contacted several times by enegan. I spoke to various operators including Alessandra from the litigation service, whom I thank for trying to help me. However the problem still remains BILLS TO PAY WITHOUT ANY CONSUMPTION ... WHAT A MYSTERY !!! THIS is an old story that has been going on since the summer of 2016 where I had to shoulder the consumption who knows if truthful of the tenants of the place. Money paid out to no end !!! I am requesting a refund with interest or I will contact the competent authorities.
