Abbiamo assaggiato tutti gli antipasti e devo dire che uno superava l'altro per un particolare non smettendo mai di sorprendere. Anche i primi, nulla da dire, molto buoni e abbinamenti mai scontati. Cheesecake scomposta ECCELLENTE. Consiglio vivamente a tutti di vivere questa emozione. La qualità delle materie prime utilizzate è sicuramente il TOP. Continuate così ? I nomi dei piatti fanno capire la conoscenza e la visione dello chef. Ogni portata ci ha soddisfatti. La mousse di barbabietola rossa e il tagliolino sono stati i protagonisti della serata. Nulla da dire sul resto. Il servizio è stato eccellente. Ci hanno sostituito il tagliolino che si era raffreddato per dare da mangiare al bimbo su proposta del ristorante. Emozioni offre una location accogliente e perfettamente in linea con il target che lo chef e sua moglie hanno voluto dare all’attività. Il servizio, a cura di Concetta, Sonia e Veronica stessa, è a dir poco impeccabile…professionale e amichevole allo stesso tempo data l’amicizia. Arriviamo al punto cruciale…la cucina! I piatti sono curati in modo maniacale e si vede in maniera evidente tutto lo studio che c’è dietro di Angelo. Cito alcuni piatti che ho nel cuore: crudi (freschissimi), tartare di tonno, spaghetti ai ricci di mare, milanese di tonno…ecc Da quando esiste Emozioni faccio realmente fatica a ritenermi soddisfatto quando vado in altri ristoranti tanto Angelo mi ha abituato bene!!! Consigliassimo…è impossibile rimanere insoddisfatti!!!! I personally know Veronica and Angelo before Emozioni opened ... but this review goes beyond friendship. Emozioni offers a welcoming location that is perfectly in line with the target that the chef and his wife wanted to give to the business. The service, by Concetta, Sonia and Veronica herself, is nothing short of impeccable ... professional and friendly at the same time given the friendship. Let's get to the crucial point… the kitchen! The dishes are treated in a maniacal way and you can clearly see all the studio behind Angelo. I mention some dishes that I have in my heart: raw (very fresh), tuna tartare, spaghetti with sea urchins, Milanese tuna ... etc Since Emotions has existed, I really struggle to be satisfied when I go to other restaurants so much Angelo has accustomed me well !!! Menu degustazione favoloso, arte in tavola sia nel servizio dei piatti che nelle composizioni. Il tagliolino con gambero rosso buttata e crema di limone è un esplosione di gusto che bisogna provare almeno una volta nella vita! Semplicemente spettacolare. Consigliatissimo!
