Oltre a non aver risolto il guasto della caldaia (pur dopo numerose uscite), hanno lasciato il lavoro incompiuto, nonostante gli accordi presi, e si sono anche rifiutati di tornare.
Il tutto, inventandosi di sana pianta di essere stati trattati male da parte mia - cosa assolutamente falsa e che invito altrimenti a provare - ed evitando di rispondere a tutte le nostre telefonate.
Non mi resta che pensare che l'impresa non fosse in grado di risolvere e non sapesse come uscire dall'imbarazzo creatosi.
Non pretendevo che il problema venisse risolto perché da ignorante in materia avrei accettato il parere di professionisti; non posso però tollerare in alcun modo l'ingiuria nei miei confronti.
Un comportamento scorretto che, fortunatamente, non mi è mai capitato di sperimentare prima.
