Francesco il venditore è tagliato per questo lavoro, da ex meccanico ti sa consigliare e ti dà un senso di fiducia nell'acquisto. Ho acquistato un usato. Consigliato. S	Simone c on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conosciuti per uno spiacevole inconveniente devo dire che ho avuto un Ottimo servizio.A causa di una foratura mi sono ritrovato con la gomma a terra a due giorni dalla ripartenza(vi lascio immaginare).Tramite il call center dedicato sono stato indirizzato verso di loro,in mezz’ora la macchina era già sul carro attrezzi,sono arrivato da loro e le due persone che hanno gestito la mia pratica(Vincenzo Marulli e Andrea Pinto) sono stati di una disponibilità e professionalità unica,nonostante la mole di lavoro che avessero.Tempo un giorno la macchina era di nuovo nelle mie Mani…che dire siamo sempre pronti a scrivere quando qualcosa va’ male,Ma quando invece c’è un’efficienza unità anche al mettersi anche un po’ nei panni dell’automobilista si passa sempre inosservato. Per colpa di questo ho deciso di cambiare marchio, perché ogni volta, nel corso degli anni, che portavo la macchina per il tagliando, o non erano puntuali nella consegna, o nelle assistenze di problemi, quest'ultime non venivano risolte con conseguenti disagi. Capisco una volta, due al massimo, ma ogni volta è una vergogna! E soprattutto non c'è mia stata una volta dove è stata mantenuta la parola! Quando si acquista la macchina nuova, tutti impeccabili e perfetti, ma dopo, quando sorgono i piccoli problemi e una persona ha bisogno, chi s è visto s è visto! E ve lo dice uno che ha sempre amato le BMW ? I bought 3 new BMWs and over the years I have slowly seen the assistance service and the workshop service decay.
