Per capire che prodotto farci provare ci hanno fatto prima qualche domanda, ed è stato utilissimo perché a provarli tutti si va in confusione, invece così in pochissimo tempo abbiamo scelto il materasso adatto a noi e ci è stato consegnato dopo solo 8 giorni al piano!! Sono due settimane che ci dormiamo e siamo veramente molto soddisfatti! Excellent shopping experience: sanitized mattresses, large and sunny room, quiet area with always available parking. Non sono lì per vendere ma per aiutarti a trovare il prodotto che può fare al caso tuo, senza pressioni o mezzi fini. + Qualità prodotti: Personalmente ci siamo trovati bene con i materassi acquistati. 3 tipologie tra cui scegliere. Ho preso il più economico e francamente mi sto trovando bene. - Tempi di consegna: A mio avviso vergognosi. Lo Staff riferisce che la consegna può andare da pochi giorni ad un mese e mezzo (e si potrebbe andare anche oltre). Personalmente la ritengo una tempistica assurda. Ho acquistato due materassi, consegnati in pochi giorni ed una poltrona per disabili, arrivata invece dopo un mese e mezzo (ed era quella esposta nel salone). - Assistenza: Purtroppo, al di là dell'empatia e della comprensione dimostrata sia dal venditore in negozio che telefonicamente dalla Eminflex di Bologna, nessuno in questa azienda pare possa fare nulla in caso di ritardo delle consegne. Il trasportatore, arrivato a consegnare dopo un mese e mezzo, ha riferito di aver ricevuto l'incarico solo pochi giorni prima e che anzi lui era sempre in zona per cui non avrebbe avuto alcun problema a passare prima. Quindi per un mese e mezzo la Eminflex non ha nemmeno richiesto la consegna della poltrona, peraltro già integralmente pagata. Inaccettabile! Mi spiace ma MAI PIU'! + Staff: Prepared, helpful, sincere and friendly. I got the cheapest one and frankly I'm enjoying it. - Delivery times: In my opinion shameful. The Staff reports that the delivery can go from a few days to a month and a half (and it could go even further). Personally I think it is an absurd timing. I bought two mattresses, delivered in a few days and an armchair for the disabled, which arrived after a month and a half (and it was the one on display in the living room). - Assistance: Unfortunately, beyond the empathy and understanding shown both by the seller in the shop and by telephone by Eminflex in Bologna, no one in this company seems to be able to do anything in the event of late deliveries. The transporter, who arrived to deliver after a month and a half, reported that he had received the order only a few days earlier and that he was always in the area so he would have had no problem getting through earlier. So for a month and a half Eminflex did not even request the delivery of the chair, which has already been paid for in full. Unacceptable! I'm sorry but NEVER AGAIN!
