Sono rimasta molto delusa del servizio, ho comunicato chiaramente che volevo comprare un pezzo, la commessa lo ha preso frettolosamente, me lo ha messo davanti ed è tornata a mandare messaggi col cellulare. Le ho dovuto chiedere cortesemente di indossare la mascherina e se la mia presenza la disturbava, da lì in poi mi ha prestato un pò più di attenzione, rimanendo comunque poco disponibile e probabilmente distratta da un problema telefonico. Ho comprato comunque l'articolo, dato che avevo alle spalle un viaggio di quasi un centinaio di kilometri, ma per il tipo di servizio potevo tranquillamente acquistare su internet. Avevo letto recensioni entusiaste che parlavano di un personale disposto a seguire nell'acquisto e avevo portato con me le foto dell'ambiente e sarei stata disposta a prendere anche altri pezzi ma sentendomi in imbarazzo sono uscita innervosita dal negozio il prima possibile. Sicuramente le giornatacce e i problemi sul lavoro capitano a tutti e con i giusti modi avrei capito la situazione, ma la persona che mi ha servito è stata davvero poco professionale. I had to politely ask her to wear the mask and if my presence disturbed her, from then on she paid me a little more attention, however remaining unavailable and probably distracted by a telephone problem. I bought the article anyway, since I had a journey of almost a hundred kilometers behind me, but for the type of service I could easily buy on the internet. I had read enthusiastic reviews that spoke of a staff willing to follow in the purchase and I had brought photos of the environment with me and I would have been willing to take other pieces as well but feeling embarrassed I left the shop nervous as soon as possible. Sure bad days and problems at work happen to everyone and with the right ways I would have understood the situation, but the person who served me was really unprofessional.
