Il grado di intelligenza, cortesia e empatia è tale da farmi sperare che la signora trovi presto un nuovo lavoro che la faccia sentire realizzata. Toni arroganti e alterati difronte a lecite richieste ; priva di ogni buon senso , zero umanità e professionalità visto che oltretutto interloquiva con un paziente al telefono. Credo che questo servizio sia molto utile soprattutto per chi non ha la possibilità di recarsi in strutture pubbliche e si trova in difficoltà poiché non essendo residente non ha un medico a cui rivolgersi.. Ci sarebbe stata in realtà la "normale guardia medica" dove mi sono recata, ma onestamente non è stata affatto esaustiva, nel mio caso. Grazie ancora dottoressa Donatella.. Great service and performance. Kindness, courtesy and availability. Speed in going to my home. I believe that this service is very useful especially for those who do not have the possibility to go to public facilities and find themselves in difficulty because they are not a resident and do not have a doctor to contact .. (Quello che avrebbe dovuto fare il medico di famiglia!!!). Oggi sta già un pochino meglio. Dottoressa molto professionale, sono contentissima. My companion positive for Covid and symptomatic for ten days never visited by the general practitioner and treated with Tachipirina and Tachidol was visited by Dr. Vitali who prescribed urgent therapy. (What the family doctor should have done !!!). Today he is already a little better. Very professional doctor, I am very happy.

Molto disponibile anche con me (distante da Milano) lo ha richiamato per seguire l”andamento della malattia. Grazie mille! Tutte le volte che sono stato male e che non potevo andare al lavoro mi sono rivolto a lei perché ho il medico curante in un'altra regione. È un'ottima soluzione a chi come me ha il medico di famiglia altrove. Hello Dr. Vitali is very courteous, helpful and professional. I recommend it. When I have needed it has always been there. Whenever I have been ill and could not go to work, I have contacted her because I have a doctor in another region. It is an excellent solution for someone like me who has a family doctor elsewhere.

Dalla signora del centralino che è stata comprensiva, empatica e ha ascoltato le mie esigenze, fino al dottor Ordanini che è venuto a visitarmi alle 22.00, consultandomi in maniera attenta e professionale. Ottima comunicazione, rilascio di un certificato medico, interesse per il paziente anche post visita. Il servizio a domicilio costa 200 euro ma li vale tutti. Mi sono sentita seguita. Complimenti. From the switchboard lady who was understanding, empathetic and listened to my needs, to Dr. Ordanini who came to visit me at 10 pm, consulting me in a careful and professional manner. Excellent communication, issue of a medical certificate, interest in the patient even after the visit. The home delivery service costs 200 euros but is worth it all. I felt followed. Well done.
