M	Mary Chindamo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata ricoverata in questa clinica per 24 h, posso solo parlarne bene, medici e infermieri gentili e disponibili. La struttura è moderna e molto pulita. Ringrazio tutti di vero cuore,nonostante i dolori,è stato come passare un giorno di vacanza in hotel. Grazie ancora I was hospitalized in this clinic for 24 hours, I can only speak well, doctors and nurses kind and helpful. The facility is modern and very clean. I sincerely thank everyone, despite the pains, it was like spending a day's vacation in a hotel. Thanks again

LA SIGNORA CHE MI HA PORTATO AL CENTRO CHIRURGO NON ERA PER NIENTE ATTENTA ,HA BATTUTO DUE ,TRE VOLTA IL LETTINO MENTRE MI PORTAVA , NEL MURO E NON MI HA CHIESTO SCUSA NEMMENO UNA VOLTA ,INFATTI QUANDO HO FINITO L'INTERVENTO CHE MI HA VENUTA A RIPRENDERMI ,AVEVO PAURA CHE MI FACESSE ANDARE CONTRA LA PARETE UN'ALTRA VOLTA ,VISTO CHE AVEVO APPENA FATTO L'INTERVENTO. POI SONO ARRIVATA AL CENTRO CHIRURGO E NON SAPEVO CHI ERA LA INFERMIERA ,CHI ERA LA ANESTESISTA ....SAPEVO SOLO CHI ERA IL CHIRURGO PERCHE è IL MIO MEDICO PRIVATO , PERCHE NESSUNO SI PRESENTA ,CHIACCHIERANO FRA DI LORO E TU SEI LI A GUARDARE E A ASPETTARE IL TUO TURNO . POI FINISCE L'INTERVENTO CIAO E ARRIVEDERCI . INSOMMA MI SONO SENTITA DAVVERO SOLA PURTROPPO . THE CLINIC IS VERY BEAUTIFUL THE WELCOMING RECEPTION, EVEN THE ROOM IS BEAUTIFUL, LEAVE THE MEDICAL TEAM TO WISH. THE LADY WHO TAKEN ME TO THE SURGEON CENTER WAS NOT AT ALL ATTENTIVE, HAS BEEN TWO, THREE TIMES THE BED WHILE TAKING ME TO THE WALL AND HAS NOT ASKED ME TO APOLOGIZE EVEN ONCE, IN FACT WHEN I FINISHED THE INTERVENTION THAT HAPPENED ME RECOVERING MYSELF, I WAS AFRAID THAT IT WOULD MAKE ME GO AGAINST THE WALL ANOTHER TIME, SINCE I HAD JUST DONE THE INTERVENTION. THEN I ARRIVED AT THE SURGEON CENTER AND I DID NOT KNOW WHO THE NURSE WAS, WHO THE ANESTHESIST WAS ... AND WAITING FOR YOUR TURN. THEN THE INTERVENTION ENDS HELLO AND GOODBYE. IN SUMMER I REALLY FEELED ALONE UNFORTUNATELY.

Il personale infermieristico e oss molto gentile, non è sottonumero ma è semplicemente disorganizzato al massimo. Poi troppo chiasso perché si parla a voce alta nei corridoi anche la sera dopocena quando si vorrebbe riposare. Assolutamente da rivedere e riorganizzare. Cucina molto buona. Very nice structure but no organization on the third floor. Nursing staff and very friendly oss, not understaffed but just disorganized at best. Then too much noise because we talk aloud in the corridors even in the evening after dinner when you would like to rest. Absolutely to be reviewed and reorganized. Very good cooking.

Durante il ricovero ho riscontrato che il personale del terzo piano, medici, infermieri ed ausiliari, sono stati molto gentili ed attenti nell'assistenza del paziente sotto tutti i punti di vista. During the hospitalization I found that the staff on the third floor, doctors, nurses and auxiliaries, were very kind and attentive in assisting the patient from all points of view. Posso solamente complimentarmi con lo staff la struttura e i servizio che la Columbus mette a disposizione per i suoi pazienti. Le camere come si possono notare dalle foto sono degne di una struttura da 5 stelle paragonata a un hotel. Il personale sempre cortese e disponibile ti segue professionalmente e ti fa sentire coccolato . Ogni volta che entrano in camera bissano per rispettare la tua privacy. Lo Staff medico e paramedico al top ....i pasti gustosi e molto genuini. Che dire lo consiglio vivamente ......lasciatevi sorprendere dalla loro esperienza e professionalità ....e non v'è ne pentirete. La clinica è all'intero di una bellissima villa d'epoca ma non vi preoccupate sono presenti strutture e macchinari all',avanguardia. Una ringraziamento anche al dottor Polli e al suo collega del lavoro svolto. Grazie ancora I made an intervention to repair the meniscus in day hospital and I was in the clinic just for two days. I can only compliment the staff structure and the service that the Columbus provides for his patients. The rooms as you can see from the photos are worthy of a 5 star hotel compared to a hotel. Always friendly and helpful staff follows you professionally and makes you feel pampered. Every time you come into the room bissano to respect your privacy. The medical staff and paramedics at the top .... tasty meals and very genuine. What I highly recommend it ...... let yourself be surprised by their experience and professionalism .... and there is no regret. The whole clinic is a beautiful old villa but worry there are no facilities and all ', cutting-edge machinery. A thanks also to Dr. Polli and his colleague from work. Thanks again
