As soon as I came to live in Bologna (beautiful hair, or rather, very good condition) I started with what they told me was the TOP of hairdressers here .... after months of changes of hairdressers and burned hair ..... well I landed from Emanuela (suggested by a friend of mine) BRAVISSIME, I have nothing more to add. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La proprietaria e la sua collaboratrice sono persone gentilissime, dal punto di vista lavorativo sono risultate, in base al mio tipo di capello, poco professioniste. Ho chiesto una piega con i boccoli e la collaboratrice non li sapeva fare, ha iniziato dal ciuffo e non da dietro per come è nella normalità, difatti appena ha finito il ciuffo è diventato subito liscio, per giunta alla fine ha passato un olio per aprire i capelli e quando sono uscita dalla parrucchiera non avevo più boccoli.
The owner and her collaborator are very kind people, from a working point of view they turned out to be unprofessional based on my type of hair. I asked for a fold with the curls and the collaborator did not know how to do them, she started from the tuft and not from behind as it is in normalcy, in fact as soon as she finished the tuft it immediately became smooth, and at the end she passed an oil to open my hair and when I left the hairdresser I no longer had curls.
