Mi chiedo ancora come riesca ad avere clienti. Sono andato, sfortunatamente, da loro due volte ed entrambe le volte mi hanno risposto in malo modo/scocciati e in modo irrispettoso.
I think it's the "oldest" and most arrogant tobacconist I know.
I still wonder how he manages to get clients. I unfortunately went to them twice and both times they replied badly / annoyed and disrespectful.
