Locale molto bello anche se piccolino, servizio molto attento e cortese. One of the best artisan chocolatiers in Turin: the processes are of extreme quality and denote great research. Anche se a Torino c’è l’imbarazzo della scelta, è difficile che proprio tutto sia davvero buono. Qui invece è così. E in più c’è l’estrema gentilezza ad accoglierti. Si possono anche acquistare cioccolatini e gianduiotti e creme spalmabili tutte artigianali. Ti siedi mangi una torta di Maria e Paolo e poi ti compri due cioccolatini anche da regalare. Per dire: in mattinata, entro mirato in questa piccola bottega del Cioccolato (Grazie al suggerimento di una carissima persona, qualificata per esprimere giudizi) per acquistare i muesli o granella TOSTATI nel forno, sapientemente miscelati dal Mastro. Bene, all' interno scopro un laboratorio dove si creano delle praline di una bontà indescrivibile, oltre alle torte, biscotti, gelati e soprattutto le introvabili granelle. Complimenti a queste persone, che con buona volontà, cercano di offrire un cibo migliore. I tasted things that we humans ... I was offered a box of "I paltò", 5 different small pralinés inspired from the traditional Turinese gianduja (classic, fondant, salted, with hazelnuts, and with torroncino). Simply decadent and a true experience for the mouth! You MUST try them!!!
