Le scarpe il bimbo le ha indossate subito e siamo rimasti all'interno del centro commerciale circa un'ora( di cui venti minuti fermi dal parrucchiere), all'uscita sono passata a ritirare la busta dal negozio con le pantofoline e la scatola delle scarpe geox; subito dopo mio figlio ha detto che gli facevano male le scarpe e gli avevano graffiato il tallone. Così sono tornata al negozio per sentire se cortesemente potevo sostituire le scarpe con un altra marca o modello. Le commesse mi hanno risposto che le scarpe erano consumate e non potevano in nessun modo cambiarle. Trovo assurdo e scortese il modo in cui siamo stati trattati. Non penso che per un negozio rimetterci un paio di scarpe, nell'ipotesi che non le rivendessero perché consumate, sia un'enorme danno economico. La perdita di clienti è ben più grave e dannoso! I will never go back to this shop. I bought for my 4 year old son a pair of geox shoes € 69.90 and a pair of grunland slippers € 23.90. The boy wore the shoes immediately and we were inside the mall for about an hour (of which twenty minutes stopped by the hairdresser), at the exit I went to collect the envelope from the shop with the slippers and the shoe box geox; soon after my son said that his shoes hurt and they had scratched his heel. So I went back to the shop to find out if I could politely replace the shoes with another brand or model. The shop assistants replied that the shoes were worn out and they could not change them in any way. I find the way we have been treated absurd and rude. I do not think that for a store to lose a pair of shoes, in the hypothesis that they do not resell them because they are worn out, is an enormous economic damage. The loss of customers is far more serious and harmful!

In primis x correttezza verso tutti i clienti! Anche se non fossero state consumate io personalmente non comprerei mai un paio di scarpe usate anche un'ora. Cmq negozio molto bello personale gentilissimo e giusto verso tutti i clienti I, on the other hand, find the lady's fence more absurd in demanding that a pair of shoes be changed, even if it takes an hour to stay inside the mall. First and foremost x correctness to all customers! Even if they weren't consumed I personally would never buy a pair of used shoes even an hour. Anyway very nice store very nice staff and right to all customers

Ho ordinato delle scarpe che mi sono state gentilmente ordinate ma che poi sono state vendute a un altro cliente in quanto ho tardato di qualche GG il ritiro..... Per lo meno io chiamo i miei clienti per sapere se posso dare via un prodotto prima di venderlo a un altro.... Unfortunately I have to give 2 stars nn much to the products because I find they are very beautiful, but to the seriousness. I ordered some shoes that were kindly ordered but which were then sold to another customer as I delayed the collection for a few days ..... At least I call my customers to find out if I can give away a product before selling it to another ....
