★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Concorrenza vuol dire vendere prodotti identici a prezzi inferiori, non vendere prodotti scadenti a prezzi uguali alla concorrenza. L errore è ammesso ma se delle gomme non sono più efficienti ed efficaci, non vanno montate e se il cliente vi fa notare che le gomme sono "plastificate", forse un test di verifica potete anche farlo. Coerenza è anche ammettere d aver sbagliato, cosa che con Ciompi non è capitata.
