Negative experience !! as a private individual I do not expect discounts, I was only expecting to stay within the price list, I think that 19 euros two bearings and an oil seal are well over.

Nonostante i clienti in attesa il commesso, una persona con gli occhiali ed i capelli bianchi mi ha chiesto in modo sgarbato cosa desiderassi e dopo la mia richiesta si è dileguato verso gli scaffali. Pochi minuti e lo vedo ritornare con una parte dell’ordine delle due persone che mi precedevano; stava servendo tutti insieme mescolando gli oggetti della clientela! Un compratore poi è rimasto in attesa della fattura e forse è ancora là!! Successivamente il lavorante tornando di nuovo verso gli scaffali ha cominciato ad inveire contro altre persone che si trovavano sul retro, sembrava di essere al Mercato del pesce di Porta Nolana!!! A quel punto ho capito che quello non era un semplice impiegato, ma il titolare. Improvvisamente mi sono sentito come proiettato nel Farwest, chiedendomi se era giusto aspettare il duello di chiusura oppure andarmene. Fortunatamente o magicamente (scegliete voi) ho visto arrivare altri due commessi, uno dei quali mi ha chiesto se gentilmente potevo ripetergli cosa desideravo ed in brevissimo tempo mi ha consegnato la cinghia. Sinceramente avendo visto queste scene tutt’altro che simpatiche, la prossima volta acquisterò altrove, dove sicuramente non assisterò a certi comportamenti che sono più da medioevo che attuali!! Despite the customers waiting for the clerk, a person with glasses and white hair asked me rudely what I wanted and after my request he disappeared towards the shelves. A few minutes and I see him returning with a part of the order of the two people who preceded me; he was serving all together mixing the guest items! A buyer then waited for the invoice and maybe it's still there !! Subsequently, the worker returning back to the shelves began to rail against other people who were in the back, it seemed to be at the Porta Nolana fish market !!! At that point I realized that he was not just a simple employee, but the owner. I suddenly felt like I was thrown into the Farwest, wondering if it was right to wait for the closing duel or to leave. Fortunately or magically (you choose) I saw two other salesmen arrive, one of whom asked me if I could kindly repeat what I wanted and in a very short time he handed me the belt. Honestly, having seen these scenes which are anything but nice, next time I will buy elsewhere, where I will certainly not witness certain behaviors that are more medieval than current !!
