Non ho avuto fortuna, tornato a casa ho inserito le cartucce "caricate di inchiostro" ma mi stampa solo in blu, ho rifatto altre prove, ma stampa solo il blu, torno da elleffe store, comunico che non stampa tutti i colori, fa delle prove, mi dice che a lui non risulta, poi all'improvviso me la sostituisce con una nuova, un bel gesto, salvo che due giorni dopo la stampante mi avvisa che la cartuccia del nero si è esaurita - sfiduciato ho capito che non andrò più a caricare cartucce usate da loro.
