Excellent assistance center I brought a super-automatic coffee machine I paid a figure in my opinion in the standard (for what it costs) it was delivered to me perfect, clean and functional at 100x 100 and they also recommended the maintenance to be performed for maximum efficiency of the machine.I recommend to everyone.

Forse lavorano con attrezzi d'oro, oppure il tecnico che ci ha lavorato su è il top dei top. Conclusione? Mi hanno tolto 50€ Da evitare! Oltre al fatto che non rispondono mai al telefono e quindi se si vuole info bisogna ogni qualvolta andare di persona, quindi se abiti in periferia ti devi fare sempre un po' di strada. Oltre tutto hanno prezzi non specificati e quindi li definisco loro a loro piacimento. Per pulire il cursore della mia macchina che di era fermato ho dovuto pagare la bella somma di 80.00 euro. Se ci sono altri negozi autorizzati all'assistenza vi consiglio di andarci, questo lo sconsiglio. Without warranty, I brought a De'Longhi coffee machine for assistance. On top of that, they have unspecified prices and so I define them as they please. To clean the slider of my car that was stopped, I had to pay the beautiful sum of 80.00 euros. If there are other authorized service shops, I recommend you go there, I advise against this one.

Mi hanno chiesto €150 per sostituire un deviatore in plastica che altrove mi hanno sostituito per soli €40. I have always used MDL service but this time I am very disappointed. They asked me € 150 to replace a plastic diverter which elsewhere they replaced me for just € 40.

Abbiamo portato da loro una macchina del caffè De Longhi con 2 mesi di vita(perché bloccata dopo la decalcificazione)ha ancora 2anni di garanzia dato che è stata acquistata solo 2mesi fa, e loro hanno pensato bene di prendere 20 euro per sbloccarla, e per non fare sembrare la truffa hanno rifilato ai miei genitori un decalcificante de longhi,che tra l'altro l'assistenza dà gratuitamente (e se acquistata da Amazon costa solo 12 euro) Gente incompetente che non sa come togliere soldi alle persone !!!!
