Ogni lavoro viene fatto con le attenzioni che abbiamo chiesto, riescono a capirci, a capire cosa vogliamo e come lo vogliamo, si fanno sempre in quattro senza mai lasciare nulla al caso, tutti i lavori sono curati nei minimi particolari. Abbiamo anche numerose affinità e passioni in comune e ogni volta che ci vediamo è un piacere, passiamo intere giornate insieme. Con il tempo abbiamo affidato a loro anche la cura degli impianti e degli elettrodomestici dei nostri uffici e di casa. Quando ci sono delle complicazioni siamo ormai tranquilli perché alla fine trovano sempre una soluzione valida e soddisfacente. Ci sentiamo dei clienti trattati come si deve e riteniamo di pagare la cifra giusta per l'ottimo servizio che riceviamo in cambio. Ci sono ditte che offrono servizi a prezzi più bassi ma la qualità non è paragonabile assolutamente. Per questo preferiamo spendere un po' di più ma ricevere esattamente quello che avevamo chiesto. Molto competitivi, corretti, chiari fin da subito su ogni possibile problema, sulle opzioni che hanno da offrirci, sui prodotti. Consigliati! Super!

Over time, we have also entrusted them with the care of the systems and appliances in our offices and at home. When there are complications we are now calm because in the end they always find a valid and satisfactory solution. We feel that our customers are treated properly and we believe we pay the right amount for the excellent service we receive in return. There are companies that offer services at lower prices but the quality is absolutely not comparable. This is why we prefer to spend a little more but receive exactly what we asked for. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In piena crisi Covid19 non ci saremmo mai aspettati di ricevere a domicilio un servizio così rigoroso. Il tecnico è venuto dotato di mascherine professionali, maschere chirurgiche, guanti, nonché di una serie di dispositivi elettronici più kit di detergenti e disinfettanti per garantire la massima igiene della persona e degli strumenti di lavoro. Ha assicurato in modo scrupoloso la nostra e la sua sicurezza. Ha anche messo in pratica un suo protocollo dandoci preventivamente dettagliate istruzioni. Quando gli abbiamo chiesto dove avesse reperito tutto quel materiale durante una fase in cui era quasi impossibile trovarne e in cui eravamo soggetti a forti speculazioni (son venuti alcuni mesi fa ma ho trovato solo ora il tempo di recensirli con calma), ci ha spiegato che aveva già l'occorrente nei suoi laboratori. Ci ha fatto piacere sapere che questo tecnico conduce una vita anche da studente ricercatore e abbiamo apprezzato tutta la passione che ci ha messo nel risolvere i problemi e nel venirci in contro evitandoci spese che avevamo timore di affrontare durante una situazione così delicata. Siamo stati molto soddisfatti del servizio ed è stato un piacere conoscerlo. Squadra che vince non si cambia. Spero che ci rivediamo presto, non per rotture ma magari per cose nuove. Buon lavoro!
In the midst of the Covid19 crisis we would never have expected to receive such a rigorous service at home. The technician came equipped with professional masks, surgical masks, gloves, as well as a series of electronic devices plus kits of detergents and disinfectants to ensure maximum hygiene of the person and the work tools. He has scrupulously ensured our safety and ours. He also put his own protocol into practice by giving us detailed instructions in advance. When we asked him where he had found all that material during a phase in which it was almost impossible to find and in which we were subject to strong speculation (they came a few months ago but I have only now found the time to review them calmly), he explained that he already had what he needed in his workshops. We were pleased to know that this technician also leads a life as a research student and we appreciated all the passion he put into solving problems and coming up against them, avoiding expenses that we were afraid of facing during such a delicate situation. We were very satisfied with the service and it was a pleasure to meet him. Never change a winning team. I hope we meet again soon, not for breakups but maybe for new things. Good job!

I can only thank them, they are competent and nice advised well and done great job. after a negative experience with elettrolux assistance where I had decided to abandon this brand I wanted to try changing assistance and by chance I called the Berardi Store company. I bought electrolux under their advice again but now I go without fail when I need assistance by calling the Berardi company. Thanks

Ho portato il mioTec 29 con istallazione fissa, in assistenza dopo 15 anni di uso; mi è stato ridato come nuovo. Inoltre sono educati simpatici e gentili.... che non guasta.... Mi ritengo soddisfatto, tra l'altro sono contento che abbia trovato il centro assistenza ad Ancona, non lontano dalla mia residenza.

Really good, excellent professionals, work done in an excellent way, with care, with patience and attention. I brought myTec 29 with fixed installation to service after 15 years of use; it was given back to me as good as new. They are also polite, nice and kind .... which does not hurt .... I am satisfied, among other things I am happy that I found the assistance center in Ancona, not far from my residence.

Conoscono i prodotti che vendono in modo approfondito e si vede che ne sono appassionati. Hanno un gran rispetto per le persone e, cosa che mi ha fatto molto piacere, è un rispetto sincero. Ci tengono ai loro clienti, non sono falsi, non fanno finta, si vede che adorano il loro mestiere e che ce la mettono tutta affinché il cliente sia felice del loro lavoro. A Raffaele brillavano gli occhi quando ci spiegava gli ultimi progetti ai quali sta lavorando. E' un piacere intrattenerci a chiacchierare con loro e non è la prima volta che accade. Anche dopo aver ricevuto il pagamento sono sempre stati disponibili, anche quando a mia madre, anziana, era sfuggita qualche funzione di alcuni prodotti acquistati. Spesso ci hanno assistito gratuitamente (abbiamo acquistato praticamente tutto da loro). Che dire, noi sappiamo che se abbiamo bisogno loro ci sono e sarà un piacere prendere un caffé insieme!
