Comunque mai affollata e piacevole. Ottimo il livello del servizio Classic hotel gym. There is everything, even if small and has an excellent spa area, this too sized for a few people. However never crowded and pleasant. Excellent level of service
L	Laura Russo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto molto accogliente, pulito e personale molto valido, percorso con sauna, bagno turco e vasca idromassaggio, con omaggio tisane e biscotti, un piccolo angolo di paradiso dove ritrovarsi, risalassarsi e perdere la cognizione del tempo, da fare e rifare assolutamente. Very welcoming place, clean and very good staff, path with sauna, turkish bath and jacuzzi, with herbal teas and biscuits, a small corner of paradise where you can find yourself, get back and lose track of time, to do and do absolutely.

Prenotazione sbagliata, ci hanno fatto andare fin lì per poi dirci che in realtà avevano prenotato per un giorno diverso, senza possibilità di farci entrare o venirci incontro.. giornata rovinata senza calcolare il percorso per arrivarci, la temperatura e la stanchezza dovuta alla mia gravidanza. Pessima esperienza Bad organization. Reservation wrong, they did go that far and then tell us that in fact they had booked for a different day, with no chance to get us or meet us .. ruined day without calculating the route to get there, the temperature and exhaustion due to my pregnancy . Very bad experience

Avevamo un percorso benessere di coppia, ma oltre a mostrarci i camerini, non ci è stata fornita alcuna indicazione su come questo si sarebbe svolto. La saletta in cui ci si poteva sdraiare era carina, la vasca idromassaggio pure. Nella stanza in cui avremmo dovuto fare il bagno turco, c'era meno umidità di quella che si crea nel bagno di casa mia dopo una normale e breve doccia. E per finire, la sauna, era all'interno dei camerini, maschile e femminile, per cui non è possibile stare insieme, in coppia, se la si vuole fare. La pulizia lasciava un po' a desiderare. In definitiva è stato carino, ma di sicuro non lo rifarei. Upon arrival (by appointment for that particular time) the staff was absent and we had to look around for the facility. We had a couple wellness program, but as well as showing the dressing, there has not been any indication as to how this would take place. The room where we could stretch was nice, hot tub as well. In the room where we would have to do the turkish bath, there was less moisture than that which is created in the bathroom of my house after a normal, short shower. And finally, the sauna, was inside the dressing rooms, male and female, so you can not be together, in pairs, if you want to do. The cleanliness left a bit 'to be desired. Ultimately it was cute, but they sure do not do it again.
A	Alessia Sofia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono venuta a conoscenza di questo posto perché ho ricevuto uno smartbox e dalle recensioni credevo di trovare una bella spa, piccola ma bella. Invece tutt'altro. É lasciata andare parecchio. L'unica cosa secondo me che é andata bene é la sauna e la pulizia all'interno degli spogliatoi. Per il resto sono rimasta delusa. Bagnoturco non funzionante con puzza di umido e calcare per terra. La jacuzzi é molto bella peccato che l'acqua era 60 gradi secondo me, non si riusciva a stare piú di 10 min. Area relax con 3 sdraio con biscotti inesistenti (quando invece vi erano nello sartbox). Non consiglio! I found out about this place because I got a smartbox and from the reviews I thought I found a nice spa, small but nice. Instead quite the opposite. It is let go a lot. The only thing in my opinion that went well is the sauna and the cleaning inside the changing rooms. For the rest I was disappointed. Turkish bath not working with the smell of damp and limestone on the ground. The jacuzzi is very nice too bad that the water was 60 degrees in my opinion, you could not stay more than 10 min. Relaxation area with 3 deckchairs with nonexistent biscuits (when instead there were in the sartbox). I do not recommend!

Lo staff cordiale e competente, nulla da dire. gli ambienti complessivamente sono puliti ed accoglienti. I learned about this place thanks to a Smartbox received as a gift. on the whole we had a good time, the only negative things: the Turkish bath is not particularly hot, few deckchairs for relaxation in relation to the accesses and perhaps the water in the whirlpool is a little too hot. The friendly and competent staff, nothing to say. the rooms as a whole are clean and welcoming.
