M	Martina D'amico on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho recensito per la prima volta questo punto vendita circa 4 anni fa in cui ho trovato due addette alla vendita competenti ed educatissime. Sono tornata con l'intento di fare acquisti dopo circa due anni dall'ultima volta e ho trovato un altro personale. Ho chiesto di un abito che avevo visto sul sito ufficiale e alla richiesta alla commessa mi è stato risposto di mostrare uno screenshot perché altrimenti sarebbe stato impossibile capire ciò di cui io stavo parlando. In un negozio del marchio specifico io mi aspetto che chi ci lavora conosca la merce, ma soprattutto mi aspetto cordialità e di essere seguita. All'entrata di una cliente, suppongo affezionata, le ragazze l'hanno accerchiata con intento di vendita escludendo completamente me da loro raggio d'azione. Non mi sono trovata a mio agio e mi sorprendo che un marchio così rinomato assuma ragazzine senza consapevolezze del posto in cui si trovano. Peccato. I returned with the intent to shop about two years after the last time and found another staff. I asked for a dress that I had seen on the official website and when asked to the saleswoman I was told to show a screenshot because otherwise it would have been impossible to understand what I was talking about. In a specific brand shop I expect those who work there to know the goods, but above all I expect cordiality and to be followed. At the entrance of a customer, I suppose a loyal customer, the girls surrounded her with the intent of selling completely excluding me from their range of action. I did not feel comfortable and I am surprised that such a renowned brand hires young girls who are not aware of where they are. Sin.

Prima di uscire ho cercato il suo saluto perché sono una persona educata. Mi rifornirò altrove perché adoro il marchio. A	Antonella De silveri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata in questo negozio per acquistare un abito che avevo visto sul sito di Elisabetta Franchi, tra l’altro anche molto costoso, sono stata accolta dalla commessa che chiedendomi che taglia portassi mi risponde che Elisabetta Franchi arriva fino alla taglia 44 cosa tra l’altro non vera, perché ho già acquistato moltissimi abiti dello stesso brand di taglia 46 e non mi è mai capitato di essere trattata in questo modo in nessun negozio. Mi auguro che la proprietà prenda provvedimenti seri nei confronti di queste sedicenti commesse, che non avendo voglia di lavorare trattano le persone in questo modo. C	Claudia Garzia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Commessa scortese, a dir poco antipatica, appena entrata mi ha squadrato e alla mia richiesta mi ha guardato con un’aria tipo a volermi dire “ma te lo puoi permettere?”. Nessun tipo di consiglio nella scelta dell’abito. Appena sono uscita dal camerino, dopo aver provato un solo vestito, la commessa era già vicino la porta per salutarmi (aveva altro da fare, come chiacchierare con la sua collega). Sicuramente preferisco ordinare dal sito che andare in negozio ed essere trattata in quel modo. (Per fortuna in altri store del marchio ho trovato commesse molto professionali). A licenziarle, sicuramente il negozio di Pescara farebbe un affare. If they were fired, the Pescara shop would surely make a bargain.

Nessun consiglio, nessuna alternativa di abiti. Appena è entrata un’altra cliente voleva abbandonarci per fiondarsi su di lei. Penso che in un negozio di lusso non sia appropriato un atteggiamento del genere. Mai più !!!!!

Questa risposta avrebbe potuta darla ad una che non conosce il marchio ma io conoscendolo molto bene le ho risposto che veste fino alla taglia 48. La commessa controbatte: “sì ma non vengono distribuiti nei negozi”. Da quando un’imprenditrice come Elisabetta Franchi non consegna gli abiti? Tutto MOLTO RIDICOLO! Andremo in un altro store e compreremo l’abito!
